February 9th, 2024 Approx. $2000.00 that is at stake here for repairs to my vehicle. Auto Solutions recorded the wrong mileage to Carfax on my vehicle 11/23. I purchased an auto warranty 12/23. Mileage recorded in Dec was less than what was recorded in Nov. Thus my warranty was voided due to Auto Solutions error. Dispute is that Auto Solutions has no video/camera proof of what mileage was when in the shop. The most recent receipt shows mileage in and out as the SAME. The vehicle was driven while in their possession at least 10 miles and it was not recorded on my invoice. They are continuing to assume I gave wrong information to Endurance Warranty when in fact the wrong mileage was entered by Auto Solutions causing my warranty with Endurance to be voided and no work being done while at the **** dealership. Auto Solutions refuses to cover the costs at **** due to their poor ***************** and wanted me to bring the vehicle back to their shop so that they can work on the repairs, but at a cost to me the customer. Their lack of QA has caused me to lose my warranty and negate any repairs to my vehicle in which I will now have to come out of pocket. Auto Solutions is assuming my monthly mileage based off 2-3 other invoices from their shop. I mentioned to them that I work remotely, travel often and have 3 other vehicles. This particular vehicle does not get driven very often and during Nov-Dec I was traveling out of the state. No mileage was being recorded during that time. At least not the amount they are suggesting. The fact of the matter is that Auto Solutions entered an error and is now putting the blame on me to avoid having to pay out of pocket costs to the **** dealership in which I was getting work completed through the vehicle warranty. I have attached the last invoice from Auto Solutions in which the mileage entered was ***** miles off from what I submitted to Endurance Warranty. As you can see the mileage in/out are the same. No QA was completed
