      I've been a resident at this apartment complex for about 3 years already and when it comes to maintenance because your A/C or any appliance doesn't work, they don't do anything to fix it. I've been with the dryer broken for a month already, I've spoke with everybody on the leasing office including the manager and just say they're working on it, for a month already and they haven't done anything to the dryer yet. This weekend my A/C broke for like the 6th time and I reported to the emergency maintenance line, and they still says they don't have a work order for that, but when the rent comes due they don't offer any discount or anything because they don't do what they're supposed to do. They just don't want to fix anything. Don't move here ever.

      I talk with 2 staff members before applying to make sure my application would be able to be done quick due to being in a crunch, both were nice at the time, I ended up visiting and spoke with a Valeria in the office who showed me a 2 bedroom since they were still working on the 3bd . She was super nice and told me if I get application in with all needed info she could get it complete within a day. I did that over weekend which meant it wouldn't be looked at until Monday, which I understand. I was told I would have to have 2 and a half times the rent . I added me and my daughter in one 4 times making sure income would be more than rent showing when I applied I got no call all day Monday so I attempted to call and was told the email I received saying welcome to community was a automatic email. I had declined something else because I received email and that they would work on my application and get back with me. I have paid 400 to apply for this apartment. I am a single parent and I don't have money to waste but they made it clear they could care less. I went to office ti talk to them and Valeria was so cold and talk to me with someone standing there discussing my situation . She could have pull me in office to talk to me, but she kept shutting me down. I left and when I got 10 minutes down road I received a call I'm not qualified cause I am under income 360. But I know when I applied I added income up and I was definitely over. I said ok cause I don't do anything and by this time I was over being treated rudely. Customer service is hard for people with no heart. I could have been them , I don't understand why people are so rude and heartless. When I said we'll go ahead and send my refund she said so you don't want to proceed. How can I proceed if you tell me I'm under the required amount. I don't understand, but what I do understand is me and my family are left in a bad situation. I requested my refund but I'm sure there will be a issue with that too.

      The paystubs submitted were incomplete. These were re submitted and it was found that they were qualified. Applicant was contacted and since has moved in. We were unaware this complaint was submitted and waiting a response.

      I was extremely frustrated and stressed, but it has been straightened out and me and my family have moved in.
