Originally I would have recommended this company, as they have been doing all the new development work for WCI in ******. Also, when the sprinkler system needed to be capped for a pool installation, starting in Sept 2022, they were out there immediately and we were told to call when the pool was done and they would come out me redo the system in the new area around the pool. But as we all know change happens and I don't know if it's the ownership or their scheduler, but we have been "on the schedule" for over 2 months. I'm not sure if the job is too small but each week I would call I was told it was next week and they would call the day before. I get it, there is only so many hours, so many workers, and larger more economical for ATZ is what they are going to prioritize, but they are still in our development every day! It now came to a head today, where we were contacted this morning to see if we still needed the re-install done. First conversation with my GF didn't go well, as she's been patiently waiting and words were exchanged, so I called back. I was immediately attacked when I tried to explain the situation stating "we aren't doing work for you", "how do I know I will get our money", "the richer people are the worst payers", "yes I own the company", "I don't have to listen to you as the client", "you aren't going to ruin my Friday", "I'm not going to be called a liar". Then she hung up on me- I couldn't get a word in! If the lady I spoke to is the owner, which I doubt, she really needs to learn customer service, dependability, accountability, and professionalism. For all companies are viewed by every aspect of each employee and the interaction with their clients and that starts at the top. Maybe today was a bad day for this person and we've all regretted, at one time or another, flying off the handle, but that doesn't change the lack of service for the last 8 weeks trying to get the sprinkler system re-installed.Review from Anthony Galli

This company was hired by a separate contractor to install a sprinkler system that does not work correctly. By LAW, when it's raining, the rainsensor should shut off the system. I have asked them several times to fix it. I called them up today and was cursed out by the owners wife. She went as far as to insult my wife.

Anthony G**** (Irrigation by Anthony) is an unlicensed contractor doing irrigation work on his own irrigation system and several neighbor's irrigation systems and many others within the Tampa Bay area. His irrigation system was installed through ******************** on 11/18/20 and was permitted and inspected by Pasco County. Mr. G**** has since illegally altered his irrigation system and therefore has voided his warranty with his builder and our company.
Mr.G**** has been harassing and threatening our employees on job sites, he also has sent numerous rude, harassing and even threatening emails to our office and left a threatening voice mail. We have filed a complaint with Pasco County Licensing Board as well as Pasco County Sheriff. We have copies of all emails if needed.Customer Response

I have indeed left emails asking you to fix what is broken. Do tell me what I illegally did to my irrigation system? I'm curious to know. I called you, emailed you several times to get my system working the way it should LEGALLY. I LEGALLY altered my irrigation system today as a matter of fact. Pasco says you ad a Contractor cannot add irrigation to the back. Technically I added sprinklers to the side yard.
I changed my nozzles because yours shoot out to the street, flood my streets. ILLEGAL. Then you had the****** to curse me out and insult my family. Don't worry, we will meet in person. My neighborhood streets FLOOD from your irresponsible watering. My side yards flood because you don't use the proper nozzles.
You're company is successful because you do thousand upon thousand of spec homes a year with no ***** given. I will gladly call ******** and have my rainsensor replaced at your convenience as well and send the old one back to your shop in Tarpon. The comments about harassing your people are a fallacy. I asked them to fix my sprinklers, which they don't have time for.
We'll get this settled one way or another. I'll make my waves the legal way. See you soon, sweetheart.
