I was coerced into signing up for treatment I only went in for a free consultation. I left the office hardly able to walk and I encountered breathing issues later in the evening. As a result and discovering the person that gave me the injection was not a certified doctor I was alarmed. I proceeded to call ****** and told her because I was ***** dress and the side Effekts I don't want to.continue. She laughed and said we already got our money now you have to pay the finance company. The finance company told me *********** would just have to call them and cancel my contract but they are refusing to do soBusiness Response

In November. I went to seek stem cell treatment.. at the ** kinetics in *****.. I just want to State it was a very deceptive place. They told me that they had to see if I qualify for the treatment.. I told them look at my condition I know I must qualify.. they never said to me at that point in time qualifications depended on my credit.. they went from ****** to ****** to ****** I agree to the $10,500.. they told me they can work on me that day after they ran my credit through not discussing that with me. I told him fine I asked him would I be making payments to that office they told me yes.. I receive treatment left and came home.. two days later I got a call from the finance company. Proceed finance.. they explain to me that they were working with ** kinetics.. and at that time I got very upset I was very much surprised and I was upset with that company and I said to proceed why would you give out that type of money without consulting with me.. they didn't know how to respond to that.. I've been receiving stem cell for over 6 months.. my condition is worsening.. the needles are very harsh.. I walked in that clinic now I'm on crutches so my health is declining not getting better. I don't want to go back. I don't know if the needles are infected.. because I'm experiencing cruciating excruciating pain.. I would like to be refunded my money.. so I can pay off the finance company to whomever this may concern thank youInitial Complaint

On 7/13/23 I signed an $8,000 contract for pain relief on my lower back. No x-rays, mri's were every taken to determine my problem. Went through all 5 treatments with no relief, it then became necessary for me to quit my job and become basically homebound due to the pain of walking. My primary care sent me for MRI which showed extreme stenosis with possible tumor. He referred me to a neuro surgeon and after second MRI and CT scan, I am scheduled for surgery on July 15, 2024. There is no possible way this could have been resolved through QC Kinetix process but they had no way of knowing this without any testing. I am left with my current balance of $6,101 for work that never had any hope of helping me. Shame on me for falling for your scam and sales pitch. Once one walks out the door after the last treatment there is no follow-up - EVER. Not to see how patient is doing or if procedure was successful. Obviously they don't want to know because they have my money. At the very least this is negligence - borders on malpractice. I would love to join the class action suit that another complainer mentioned.Initial Complaint

I went through all through five injections from July, 11 2023 through Nov 28 2023 They advertised No time off work, No surgery, No Rehab. I didn't get any relief. So on March 19 2024 I had a full knee replacement. Been off work for three months. Still going through rehab. I have another surgery coming up soon on the other knee. So everything they advertised that you don't need. In my case I needed everything. I paid $6000 so far and owe $7000 I still have to pay $242.65 for the next 4 years. I made the wrong choice my fault. I knew it was guaranteed and it was medically approved but I did it anyway. I took the chance and lost. I just want everyone to know. Get a second opinion. Don't do what I did. I regret it and have to pay for my mistake for the next four years . Sincerely *******************!Business Response

QC Kinetix made promises they could not keep, lied about the effectiveness of the treatment and did not
do any diagnostic work or scans to even know what the problems were they would be treating. Nothing regenerates or grows back, My torn meniscus needed surgery, in fact a year later I was worse on actual scans and x-rays. They sure did know how to apply for financing the moment I walked in the
door. After hearing about QC Kinetix on the radio along with the outrageous promises, I decided to try. I owned a bread
distribution route at the time and taking time off for surgery was not really in the cards so what they were
selling sounded really good. All of their commercials are filled with promises they cannot follow through
on. After having the procedure and wasting months of my time I ended up having to sell my business and
have recently had two knee surgeries, one for each knee. Both of these surgeries I was told directly by
them I did not need. I had scans and x-rays done before I went to see them when I had a consultation by the surgeon who eventually performed my surgery. I also had them done after QC Kinetix because so
much time had passed. The results are that my left knee is worse, very close to bone on bone now and
my right knee is unchanged. Nothing grew back and there is no identifiable improvement. They also do
NO x-rays or scans of their own. I wasted a lot of time and went through a lot of pain and I believe they
just lied. They charged me $12000. For no relief. I did not receive what I was promised. If I had to do it
again I would have went directly for the surgery and not held out for some false hope, which is what they
actually sell. They prey on peoples pain and desire for help. They also said they would repeat the
treatment if I needed it. This was also a lie due to it being a half truth. They will not repeat the stem cell
part of the treatment only the plasma therapy. Every time I hear their commercial I feel sick. Buyer

I paid QC Kinetix a total of $2000.00
During my second service, I got my blood drawn by a new resource and she immediately swelled my arm up and bruised it due to her inexperience drawing blood.
She also burned my neck with the laser they use to prep the injection area.
I left beat up.
I had to reschedule my next appointment and was told by their corporate center the clinic would contact me. I was never called back. When I tried to reach my sales rep, she mentioned she was laid off.
The merchant has since never tried to contact me or made any good faith efforts to resolve this issue.
My credit card company sided with the merchant due to the contract I signed but I still never received the services I paid for. I have also left a negative review and they are retaliating by not taking my calls or contacting me.
