I have had numerous problems with my home. I have a leak in the laundry room that they did come out and repair once, but it is leaking again and they will not return my calls regarding coming back out and fixing it correctly. I also did not receive the icemaker I paid for. I have called repeatedly about this and no one is getting back to me. Just general poor service and workmanship all the way around.Review from Cathy H

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY **** DECEITFUL
1. I closed with them on 03/2021 and was told, once I closed with the bank (which by the way is the only bank they only use) 21 century. I was told once we closed the price was locked. *** FALSE *** not only they increased the amount, but was told if I cancel the contract, I would have to pay the bank the closing fee of 5k and I will loose my 1k down payment that was given to prestige for permits and all. So I lost a total of almost 6k.
2. On their contract states that they have to put down a delivery date, and I was told they cannot do that. Delivery was changed 4 times. They Kept changing delivery dates on me. I basically had to pay them for nothing, otherwise I would loose my land since I pledged as security. I believe 21 century bank and Prestige are working together to profit on this scam. Otherwise how are the sales rep making their commissions, because unless your rich, no one is going to pay for these mobile homes that are ridiculously overpriced. The model I choose was 55k and they wanted an increase of 45k + additional fees.
**** DEANDRIA was the person I dealt with and she was very nice at first, but as soon as that increase came in she became another person. She is the on that stated once I closed with bank I did not had to worry about a price change. I had to stay on top of her with the paper work when we startd the process. She never apoligized for anything on behalf of this company.
*** IF ANYONE is SUING this company please post it here or on any Social Media, so others can be warned. my next step will be ******, ******** or any other social media I can find to warn others. I really would hate for these crooks to continue to scam others and get away with this.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I signed a cash agreement on June 2021 at Ocala and they promised to deliver the property by December. It's been 8 months and my house is not even on the factory list to build. Now the emailed me to tell me the price has increased by almost $9k. I put a down payment of $25k when the agreement was signed, aren't they supposed to honor the price in it? Very dishonest company.Review from James A

Retired in march of this year due to medical reasons for the family. Sold our home in the city to move back home. While in recovery from spinal surgery. In May, We had exact amount of $ to spend so a mobile home was a reasonable solution. Prestige site had a small home for 62k but when we talked to John R. about the 10k difference between the website and dealership, he stated that they do that to cover any increase in prices. John R&&&&&o and Christine Y$$$$ both new that we only had so much funds to purchase the house and both assured us that the price would be locked in and no inceases would be placed when the ddown payment was made. We purchased the home and gave the down payment three days later. They gave us a verble install date of november and since we were paying in cash, we could be put to the front of the line due to bank loans taking time.
In August we get call from John about coming and signing closing documents for home. By the time we got there Christine ***** was all over us about our home. While in her office she said that there had been a problem for the driver in charge of delivering the home had died from covid 19 and they had to find a new delivery service. They had us sign the paperwork so they could get our home in asap. Again we made it clear with John and Christine that there would not be an increase in price since we paid our deposit in cash and locked the price in. Again both gave thier word that there would be no increase due to the 10k difference on website. Its October 8th, John and Christina call and leave a message to call. We think its time to start bring the home in but no, we are being told that we owe another $14k dollars for price inrease. We are told that if we dont pay it that we loose our $18k and that they could put a lien on our property for them balance of the home once its built. What? You stated it was ready in August but couldnt be delivered because the delivery driver died. I feel they are trying to take advantage of a disabled senior citizens and trying to strongarm us us out of more money. Christine is a very agressive person when they are caught in lies and scares my wife. I feel that i would like my down payment back (excluding site plan and permits, that was all that got done) these people actually made me feel like they would do this to other senior citizens. The general price increase page they sent said two thing: home $10k, upgrade package : $3727 which the exact same price i purchased it for in may. So the just doubled it. Im am retired disabled man who had to go get his heart meds raised due to constant A-fib readings since thier call friday around 2pm, and dont have 14 thousand to give someone who i feel is just being greedy. Please help, I just want my money back since the home is not being built yet.Review from Debra C

I was lied to from the beginning I promised eight weeks tops I would have my mobile home in. My dad had just died and I was in a bad mental state it ended up being almost four months I lost $1,000 worth of furniture that sat in my yard. I begged Mr. ****** to put my carpet in so I could at least save my furniture the carpet was put in last. I lost everything I had..moved in Aug 14th..still No house keys he never returns calls..thinking about pursuing a lawsuit on this. This man was rude uncaring and very disrespectful. I would advise against anyone doing business with Prestige in Yulee especially with Mr Kenny running the place.Review from Tracey C

My home has been completely paid for for months. Yet still no date on when they are even going to start building. As soon as they received my money the communication has stopped. When I am able to get a hold of someone all they do lie to me and push dates back even further. Made several calls to corporate offices with no avail. Today the operator that answers the phone shushed me. Asked for her supervisor and no answer. Ive spent my life savings with this company and I have no idea when or if my house will ever be done. Next step it's time to lawyer up.
