I had a cooling problem on July 3rd, 2023 and first called another company that came out and cleaned out condenser unit and added some freon and said the temperature would come down over next 3 hours or so. Well, the temperature came down but never to where it used to be, and over the next 3 days got worse and worse. I finaly found and called Air Rescue who's owner, Jonathan and his son, showed up when they said they would, and within 5 minutes found a leak which Jonathan repaired and after he restored the lost freon my house came back to being like a refrigerator. I only wish I had called Air Rescue first.Review from Albert L

on April 27, 2022 Air Rescue arrived to do a standard AC Preventative Maintenance. The tech arrived, and did his job, when he left I had to call him back to figure out why the system was not cooling. He looked and said the power cutoff did not catch and had to be reset. On April 28, 2022 I again called them as the system was not cooling and not blowing any air. The new tech said the system cooling levels were low but above the level needed to cool, but the air handler was a block of ice. After calling his manager to get approval he topped off the coolant after defrosting the air handler. By the evening of April 28 the system is not cooling again. I do not know what was done to my system to make it go from fully functioning to not working, but I do not recommend anyone using this vendor for their HVAC needs.
