    I ordered from this business on the 06/12/25 I never received my package and reached out to ***** saying that they never payed for it to be shipped out. Its now 07/2/25 I even send several emails and tried calling them but i never got a response, very disappointing I want a refund immediately.

    Order place in early May, here its July and products still not received. Ive emailed several times regarding the status with nor response to date. this business active on social media platforms advertising that they provide fast delivery but behind the scenes customers are experiencing such issues truly calls for a law enforced audit of how the company is handling their revenue. On May 5/28 I received and email stating it was ready to be shipped. However, whens following the tracking number provided, it only says a label was created. It now July 1, and the package still hasnt been picked up from rich and clear!!!

    I ordered a total of 8 items from *************************** Cosmetics on June 24, 2024. My order number is #********. The items are: x1 Stretch Away, 24K Gold Under Eye Masks, Exfoliating Gloves, African Black Soap, Guasha Face Tool, Breakout Eraser, *************** Dark Spot Exfoliating Bar and Exfoliating Soap Bag. Months passed and i never recieved anything; so i assumed i was scammed along with many other people. Then, on June 29, 2025 i recieved an email saying that my order will be shipped. A year has passed by already and the adress that i listed for the items to be shipped to is not my adress anymore. It is a persons adress that i have no contact with. I would either like a full refund, or for the items to be shipped out to the correct adress. I have sent many emails trying to reach out with no answer.

    I ordered from rich and clear a month ago. I have reached out about my package 4 times and no one responded. They provided me with a link to track my order and it doesnt work.

    I made a purchase on **** and clear website. It said that my order was declined when I checked the account the money was taken out of the account and I dnt have a order number or anything I need my refund back to my account emailed them many times no answer I need back my refund from this horrible place.

    I purchased skincare products from this company on April 29th, 2025 and never received my product. My order number is ******** and was provided with a tracking number of ************. However, when you search the tracking number it states "The tracking number you entered can't be found right now. Please check the number with the shipper or try again later." It's going on 2 months since I ordered this product and the company keeps stating it will be shipped out soon. This is unacceptable. I simply want a refund at this point and will never buy from this company again.

    I placed an order on March 11 and as of June 5, still have not received the order. I've emailed and received no response. When I call, I get a couple seconds of dial tone before it hangs up. I just tried to email again and got a failure notice.

    After months I never received my order, then was promised a refund, and I never received a refund either.

    I ordered ****** worth of products from **** and Clear on March 25th. I emailed their customer service three times and called the phone number on the site to let them know I wanted a refund. No response from their customer service email address and their phone number seems to be disconnected. I received an email on May 1st saying my products shipped. But when I tried to track the number via the *** Ex website. I received the following message: "The tracking number you entered can't be found right now. Please check the number with the shipper or try again later."It's now June 4th and I still never received the products that I ordered. I would like to fully be refunded. If I would have known it took this long I would have never ordered from their business.

    I have 2 separate orders I been waiting on been almost 3months order ******** placed on 3/12/2025 and order ******** placed on 4/8/2025 I sent multi emails and called the business number provided still no response I will like a refund spent around 200 or SEND WHAT I PAID FOR they are posting online every day scamming customers next Ill be calling the Florida state attorney office they continue these practices
