This company is a fraud. Not only do they prey on and price gauge people affected by a tragedy but then pick-and-choose the jobs to install based on profit. They've stolen deposits from people knowing the industry is backed up and they can do as they please with no recourse. My neighbor dealt with them post hurricane as well and let me know she is about to engage in a lawsuit with CRA with several other customers because of these misdoings. Its sad to see people like ******************************* defraud innocent citizens of his own town to buy new yachts, naming them "no see-um" when he doesn't even install the materials quoted and paid for by the customers. These people spend their hard earned money on $5,000 plus deposits on projects that are being kicked down the road or will never be installed. I see why he's a ** ********* ***** *** ******* **** * ****** ****** and turned on his he ro in dealer to get away from the **** extremely sad they are able to operate at all.

On 8/28/2022 our home and pool cage was damaged and the pool cage was destroyed.During this time it was very difficult to get companies to respond or follow thru. And then we were blessed to make contact with CRA. We were advised that we would be placed on the list and due to high volume of customers in need of service we would be contacted in about 1 month. During this time we received up date calls. Within the time of 1 month we got a call with an appointment to receive an estimate. This was done in a very professional manner and we made what I would say was the best decision we could have made and contracted. Again we were told that it would be scheduled for 7 months away. During this time we were contacted by CRA to keep us up on our progress of getting the cage done. in mid May we were contacted to say that the engineer would be out to measure and this was done on time. the following week our pool cage was installed. During this process I talked to many people from CRA and never found one of them to give me poor information. This has been one of the most professional exchanges I have had with a company . further I would like to say that all employees made us feel welcome and we never felt like a customer. We more felt like we were dealing with friends or family that wanted us to have everything that we wanted.Every morning I wake up and look out the window I am pleased that we worked with CRA and their product is truly outstanding. When we have company over they all remark at the excellent design and construction and we could not be happier. In times like these it is hard to get excellence in service but I have to say that the service we received from all we came in contact with was truly Top tier. Thank you for great communication and customer service. I will advise all I know of where to go if they want a job well done.

Incredibly disappointed in this company. We arrived in ******* after Hurricane *** has passed. I called CRA for a quote and was directed by their answering service to begin the quoting process via their website, which I did. I subsequently followed up with numerous phone calls which all went to voicemail I did leave several messages. My friend across the canal arrived a week or so after us. He kept calling CRA and was able to connect directly over the phone, lucky. He was able to get **** to come out and quote. All the while I had patiently waited in cue as I was told by CRA to do as they would process requests in the order they were received. APPARENTLY NOT!! Low and behold my buddies cage is being installed next week and my most recent interaction with more senior staff of CRA is that, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM CRA STATING THAT MY CAGE WOULD BE INSTALLED BY THE END IF JANUARY, my cage is scheduled to be installed mid April. This is months after the promised date and even later than my friend who in fact started the quoting process weeks after me.If you expect to be treated fairly by this company dont hold your breath. We delayed paying for flights for company to visit so that they could enjoy ******* evenings without having to deal with the bugs. I called CRA weeks before our company was scheduled to arrive in the hope that our cage would be installed as promised and was politely basically told, TO BAD SO SAD SORRY FOR YOUR TOUGH LUCK. CRA knows theyve got you because the deposit is non refundable and by now other companies are months if not years out for install. I guess they should be happy that its not their families or money that is on the line for hollow promises!

CRA installed my pool cage in 2018. I called and left 3 VM over a 5 day period as well as followed up with online request for a quote. No responses. Left a message on their FB page, noting the above. CRA's response? I quote "It's called Covid, are you retarded ?". Well, at least CRA finally provided a response, in less than a couple hours !!! Needless to say, even if work was still under warranty, I would never use them. Hit home hard, given wife's deceased brother had diminished capacity.

Each person that I dealt with at CRA was Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and gets the job done kind of individual! Our pool enclosure looks absolutely amazing! It's quite the talk when we have people over. It truly is breath taking. Carmen S. has been an absolute blessing from start to finish. She's a gem and if every company had a professional like Carmen, no one would ever be out of business.

I do not recommend. Workmanship is pretty good but service and communication is subpar. Still waiting for the punch list on my job to be completed and we started this adventure last August. Judging by all the positive reviews it's either my bad luck or they pay Google to scrub poor reviews.
