Our water has drastically improved since we had our system installed. We are no longer itching with intense dry skin. The water is clear. Tastes great. No chlorine or sulphuric smell or taste anymore. And Ive spent way less time cleaning hard water spots on my shower door and bath tubs/tile. Highly recommend these guys! And the cleaning products are awesome. 5 ??

Aqua pure absolutely has the best equipment compared to whats out there as well as price point. This is the first company who didnt try to get me to sign up for an ongoing never ending maintenance package. The equipment is high quality enough to where that is not needed. Couldnt be happier. ****** came back re-tested our water and even after 3 years our system was working perfect.We decided to add the ultraviolet light because my husband's immune system isn't as good as it once was.We just love Aqua Pure.

Aqua Pure came out quickly to assess our water and found that we have very hard water as well as sulfur in our well. They recommended purchasing a dual-unit system with their Platinum Plus and Sulfur King; after a few adjustments, we have not had an issue since. We recommend Aqua Pure to all of our friends and neighbors.

I love,love love my softwater, I cannot expound on this enough its true my hair is literally softer,easier to manage and the minute our softener runs out of salt my water changes back to hard and its no longer awesome.I don't care what any any one says soft water is the only way to go.No more spots on my dishes,glassware is clean.It really seamed like I got a new dishwasher or something because their is no spots ever on my dishes and I no longer buy jet dry.So moving forward I will always have a water softener for the rest of my life.The installation was only about 2 hours and my water is way nicer.

I have the water softener and the reverse osmosis. My wife and I together decided this would be the best solution for our home and are we happy we did. She loves her hair and I can tell you that I have personally and the peace of mind, and knowing my family is safe from bad things that used to be in the water.

Our entire experience with Aqua Pure Solutions in North Port, Florida has been positive from the time we had our water checked (and the great information presented and explained to us by ****), to the installation of their quality equipment. The entire staff is knowledgeable and can answer any questions presented to them. Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting *** who came to answer questions we had with the water line to our refrigerator. She is a "book of knowledge", and a joy to work with. If you are considering equipment to make your water "safe and soft" I would highly recommend Aqua Pure Solutions.

I made an appointment for Bob to come to our home on 5/21/22 for an explanation of what they have to offer in water softener solutions. Bob was a no show so I called the Aqua Pure office Monday to determine what the problem was regarding the show. I was told Bob called numerous times to confirm that my wife would be at the appointment. I told the lady when the appointment was made that my wife has no interest in dealing with sales people and she would not be present for the appointment. I informed the person on Monday that I had already explained that my wife would not be there and in addition I did not get numerous phone calls or a single message. I asked why my wife had to be there and I was told they want to make sure all her questions are answered about the product.. I told her I was confused with her answer and asked, so I can not buy your product without my being there and am I correctly understanding that I can not do business with your company if she is not there. She answered yes that is correct. I told her that in all my many years in business I have never heard of a more ridiculous sales practice. I then explained the next time they will hear my name will be on a BBB negative report. I guess they think a wife is necessary to make a decision to buy a multi hundred dollar purchase of a water softener because I may buy the wrong item or spend money recklessly. Or do they think my wife will talk me into some item they will make more money on. Or could it be they think they can make an easier sale with a wife there. My wife does not like dealing with high pressure sales people so I should have asked a neighbor to come over for the appointment acting as my wife. Whatever the reason they have a horribly ridiculous policy. My recommendation is to stay away from this company unless you can convince your wife or neighbor to listen to some other ridiculous thing this company may say. P.S. I reviewed this complaint with my wife for her approval before completing.

We had a water softener where we lived in Oregon so we found a company we high ratings and called them. The guy on the phone was I think Bob and he set us up to have our water tested. 2 days later the man showed up who was Eric and he was very nice and said that he needed to test our water so he could make sure we ordered the correct equipment. He did various tests and showed us in a book with a lot of pictures as to what he was explaining and actually it was enlightening and entertaining all at once. The guy new what he was talking about and we felt very comfortable talking to him. No pressure or sell sell attitude which made us feel better. We bought a system and they installed it and I asked the installer if he could ask Eric to stop by when he had a chance and Eric called me the next day and stopped by our home and I asked him to test the water now that the system was installed. Eric said sure, and when he tested the water in not only the sink but also the shower, we could not believe the difference. WOW! My wife and I are in our 50's and my wife said the water was drying out her hair, Well once the water softener was installed, we came the dogs a bath and then she took a long shower and when she got out, she walked up to me and said, Michael, feel my hair. I did and it was not dry and felt soft and nice. Hard to explain but what a difference. My wife was happy and I am very glad we purchased this system because it makes such a big difference. It looks so nice in our garage and takes up very little room. Takes Eric and to the installer who I think was Doug. I will try to add a picture if I remember so you can see what I am talking about.
