On February 9th, 2021 I went to Biscayne Impact and Glass windows Llc and purchased 8 windows to be installed in my master bedroom at my home in ***********. The timeframe I was quoted was between 4 to 6 weeks and on that day I paid a down payment of $1,000 which is indicated on the receipt as "dp". However, as weeks passed, the issues began as I was told my windows were out of stock. I was continuously apologized to and told since the climate of things windows were expected to be backlogged for quite a while. The weeks turned into months and the windows fell to the wayside however as the persistent cough worsened due to the state of my old windows I began to reach back out after 6 months had passed. During this time I had begun to also visit the store and speak to the workers there. After a while of this, my windows were never in stock to which we compromised to install impact windows (better windows) for no additional charge due to the long wait time and miscommunication or lack thereof. Even this promise was delivered in late 2021 which I was too exhausted to continue to fight about. This is when HALF (4) of impact windows were installed. When installed this was after fear of being reported and after days of being given times to be home which at times I called out of work (5 times) just to be stood up. I was constantly given the run around to show up at the store for my money back for him to only not be there. However, due to the windows being half-installed now November 1, 2022, I have reached my breaking point I have exhausted all options, and I have waited and pleaded with the company but to no avail. All I ask is for the job to be finished at the cost of the dp and the dp only considering the time concerns,Between 4 to 6 weeks
