WHERE DO WE START?? ************** THE DOCTOR THAT WAS RECENTLY MOVED TO ******** IS A PERVVVV , HE PRESCRIBES DRUGS TO HIS PATIENTS AND TRIES TO SLEEP WITH THEM OR OFFER SEXUAL FAVORS. ******************* IS VERY AWARE OF HIS HANEOUS ACTIONS. I dont know how a mental health physicians office can run their office the way they do . My husband has been trying to speak to a doctor for his med refills for the past week and he keeps getting screened for the doctor to call him and 4 times my husband waits by the phone for his virtual appointments and these doctors just don't show and then say my husband is the one who doesn't show. I even have call logs with proof of no missed calls or Even attempted calls during the times they're supposed to see him. My husband suffers from anxiety and depression and you would think this company would have more compassion towards their patients but clearly they're just running insurance claims without seeing the patients. This company needs to be investigated to see why it's running the way it is. Completely unacceptable.Review from Esther D

The first few months were ok .****** the therapist was great .Nurse practioner ******** also.After that the nightmare began.no consistency with care workers .No call backs .I did not skip appointments .Because I could not do videos that was considered a no show.Even thou I told you I could not do videos.Thank You for never calling me on the phone or ordering my medications .You are lousy.Dont go there.Review from Amy M

Absolutely horrible. Non-food for my kids, no income. My husband was at a job 12 years was hurt and they do not offer short term disability. Was told I should have received an interview and an emergency card for food. NOTHING. Shameful!! I have never needed government assistance in my 43 years of living. I need some short term help and you can't get anything. Absolutely horrible.Review from Aimee S

I wish I can give them no stars. For a company dealing with mental health they should be shut down. They drive their patients to more frustration and insanity. They make appointments and not keep them. They do not refill medications on time. They have no empathy to the people that need it the most. Disgusting practice.Review from Rachel D

One star is TOO MANY!This company is ridiculous! I read all of the other complaints filed and my complaint falls in line with what the others have to say!No timeliness for appointments, staff is clueless, no compassion! SICKOS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS ****** HAVE WARNED.

Thank you for the feedback but you seemed to have failed to mention that you were a no-show to your appointment o 1/20/23. You asked for a call back after missing your appointment and the provider called you back.
Again, you were a no-show for that call. You did speak with our representative and we advised you to remove the call blocker from your phone. Seems you did but then you were a no-show once more.
We're trying to call you back again to set another appointment. Finally we connected and your meds have been supplied via the ** until the next appointment.
Hopefully, for your well-being we'll be able to reach you for your next scheduled appointment.
For this reason, we don't really understand why you posted this review.

If I had looked at reviews before seeking care from this institution, I would have made a better decision. Their process is in a state of chaos. Compass health care systems should be avoided, and you should search for a better care facility. As a result of the mess they have created, you will unavoidably waste time, energy, and days if you wish to be seen by a professional. Hi.
We do not understand why this patient has written such a review when we, by no means, did anything wrong.
The patient did not show up for two(2) scheduled appointments and Mr. *********** (the patient) himself cancelled the third appointment.
Such a review holds no merit. If anyone has a complain in this case it would be us.
Please do not penalize us by publishing such wrong feedback.

As a doctor, I am appalled by the lack of customer care this facility provides. Their motto should be "In memory of those who died waiting for the doctor". Two appointments were made for teledoctors for my wife and nobody called for either appointment. The office staff was very polite but useless and filled with explanations that were pure crap. Told to wait all day for the Doc to call even though I have an appointment time. Told the Doc will call at some point during the day....then why appointments? Told an intake person will contact me...never happened. Told Doc will call tomorrow...never happened. After filling out large documents and having written preliminary explanation as to why she wanted treatment, and talking to multiple agents at Compass.......NOTHING. Complete waste of time. They obviously don't read their own reviews or simply don't care about servicing patients in a professional manner.
