      My experience with Modloft has been incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for a Bedroom set during Thanksgiving 2023 and have yet to receive it. The customer service has been unhelpful, providing me with inconsistent information. Despite assurances from the customer service team that I would receive a call from their sales team, I am still waiting for it. The website is deceptive and lacks information about backorders, and I've been informed that the earliest my set will be available is March ****.

      Agree with all of the reviews here. Such an awful, awful company, stay away at all costs. Total scam. I spent over $1300 on a media cabinet, it took a month to arrive, and I had to store it for a few weeks until I was able to open and set it up. The unit was cracked and damaged to the degree it is unusable. Not a surprise the way it was packaged. They literally ship the shelves in position on flimsy shelf holders, so as the shipping company moves it off the truck - upside down and sideways, the shelves just fall out and tear the cheap particle board along with the flimsy hinges. That's right - a $1300 media center is made of...particle board. What is this, ****? The fun part? Dealing with their 'customer service'. The whole process is them blaming the damage on me, and stating that I did not report the damage 2-3 days after delivery. Never mind they took a month to deliver it. Please, please do yourself a favor, read the reviews and avoid these con artists.

      I have been waiting for Dresser to complete my bed set for almost a year. Originally shipped dresser had damage on it so it was sent back. Every time I talk to someone from Modloft on phone or online. they pushed date to next month. Item is always not in stock. I seems like they don't have any inventory and operate as a front end of an online business. They take your money, send order to Asia and wait 4-6 months for item to arrive.

      If possible I would give minus 5. I brought 2 night stand a bed, after unpack my products at 1st I found bed came without 1 leg, next.. 1 night stand drawer were broken, and top of 2 same night stand was with different color patterns. Within 4 months top of 1 nightstand became miserable, disgusting to look but this mediocre products were sold to me for $640 each !!! I am feeling so pathetic and disheartened!!! I wish I could add pictures as evidence. Don't waste your valuable money for this kind of product and service. After you reach them always they will say.. sorry, we can't replace product under warranty !!! You have to digest your bad decision with ruin good amount of money !!!

      Heres my initial review. Ill be happy to amend it if I achieve a satisfactory resolution. *** spent over 30k with this company. The furniture quality is great, modern and very comfortable. *********** sofa is not very firm so please read the description before you buy it. Thr **** bed is lovely but the wooden slates are uneven and flimsy. I have had major issues with their delivery people. They have come to the house to deliver multiple times multiple pieces of furniture but are extremely unprofessional. They do not wear gloves or shoe covers, they did not *************** or walls and therefore damaged my brand new expensive wood floors, paint on walls and left grease marks on the couches. When contacting modloft, they want me to find people to fix this. Called different companies to remedy the issue but no one can guarantee the outcome. Why is it my job to go looking for people to fix problems that modloft caused????I would recommend staying away from this company.

      Bought a Berkeley table approximately 2 years ago. The tempered glass top on my table spontaneously shattered one evening when we were away. After further investigation, we discovered the glass top was siliconed **************** table top by at least an entire tube of silicone (see pictures below). Because the glass is fixed so rigidly to the table top, as the wood expands and contracts it caused the glass to shatter. I spent the next days cleaning shattered glass from my house and cutting my hands and head in the process. Modlofts customer service was horrific. They refused to apologize, accused me of damaging the table and lying about it, and refusing to answer my questions on how I could get the top replaced. Avoid Modloft and their incredibly dangerous products.

      Never buy anything from this company. We had shipping problems, damaged product from them, things break in a year or two. Furniture is very poorly made. The customer service will not help with anything and just shrugs it off. You have been warned.

      This is extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of the issue with the furniture I received from Modloft. The piece in question was a Jane Bed that I ordered from Modloft official website. Unfortunately, upon receiving the furniture on Apr 5 2023 and having it installed by your team, I noticed a defect in the headboard. I immediately informed the installer of the issue before they left my house. They assured me that the matter would be promptly addressed, and that I would receive a call from your company within 15 minutes regarding the replacement. To my shock and dismay, despite waiting for a day, I did not receive any response from your company. I also attempted to get in touch with your customer service online multiple times on Apr 6, but to no avail. The complete lack of communication and effort from your end to resolve this issue is unacceptable. As a customer of Modloft, I expect to receive high-quality products (paid $1280 for this) and services. Instead, I have been left with a faulty piece of furniture and no resolution in sight. Avoid Modloft if you can unless you want to be like me and many others chasing them down to correct their mistakes. I’ll come back and report if this can be solved.
