stay away from this co. I borrowed 1600. I was laid off. They want 4500 or they will place a lien on my bank acct. I offered to settle for 1900. They wouldnt accept it.

Flat out opened an account fraudulently and now want me to pay it. Avoid doing business with these people. They stole money out of my bank account without consent or knowledge and now I have to open an identity theft case. Unbelievable.Fundo, LLC Response

I would basically just like some assistance with a defaulted loan that I have with Fundo. *** reached out numerous times and Im speaking with one of the legal representative but Ive been laid off from my job and no longer able to make the payments right now Im being told that a lien will be placed even though Ive reached out numerous times asking initially to be placed on a payment arrangement. I was told that I would have to pay $100 biweekly and I have done that up until losing employment. Ive been reached out to ask for assistance now Im being told that a UCC lien will be placed if I dont make the payments this is ridiculous and I feel like there should be some other assistance available when customers have a hardship . I know this is my payment due but the fees that have been added to $700 that have the balance at over $6000 now is very improper to say the least. Ive always kept in communication either by email, phone, or text. I would like to have the fees removed and allow me the opportunity to get back on track instead of making this so much harder.Review from Andres D
