I can't recommend Tactical Roofing highly enough. They installed a new metal roof, roof venting, and hurricane clips on a home we had just purchased. They did it on schedule and on budget and it looks and works great. I did a lot of research on this decision. After checking ratings here at Better Business Bureau and reading lots of online reviews at Google, Buildzoom, and Yelp, I got bids from five different roofers, including two big outfits that do lots of work in this area. But
going with this smaller local company turned out to be a no-brainer. Unlike the others who sent estimators (salespeople), it was the owner, Adam B., who came out personally. His bid was highly competitive and he was patient and helpful in answering questions as I made sure that I was comparing apples to apples between his bid and the others. Once the job began (exactly when promised!), **** remained involved and responsive in coordination with Ken his project manager. Ken was incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to meet with me several times to review the work in progress over the two-week installation. **** and Ken are both genuinely nice people who take obvious pride in their work. The crew they used was professional and cleaned things up neater than when they started. This was my third time getting a new roof for different houses in different states and it was by far the best experience. You will not go wrong trusting your roof to **** and Ken!

I discovered a major leak on my roof and needed it covered to prevent more damage. After calling dozens of roofing companies over the 4th of July weekend, Adam's company was the only one to respond immediately. I had a great experience dealing with Adam. He and one of his supervisors, Ken, personally covered my roof before a major storm hit our area. Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated and answering all my questions. Adam provided a detailed estimate at a fair price and all repairs were completed as discussed. I would highly recommend Tactical for any future construction projects.
