This review is not for services it is for Billing. If you are a paying patient? By that I mean you don’t get seen for free you use Insurance, and pay your Co pay at service this IS their POLICY! But yet at the end of the month they send you a Bill..Be WARNED pay by Credit Card or Check where you always have the Bank to keep records for you..When I first started going I had brain fog so bad from long Covid I didn’t what to do, I sure didn’t realize I had double paid them and had done so for 4 months and when I woke up and seen what had happened I demanded an account audit..Ok they sent me 3 checks..Then the next month again, this time I got the clinic send receipts, it still happened again and once more today again I had to send Bank statements to prove they were paid..The whole Company should be audited I know I am not the only person they was cheating out of payments..The Financial office put my account on freeze because of this..Then I was released and guess what? Another Bill for $50 that was paid was sent to me for payment..This place will steal money from you and fight you to keep it..BEWARE! DADE CITY OFFICE

There has been years of problems with this place but most recently this was the last straw. Despite a sign dictating masks have to be worn at all times while inside the building and they had a security guard in the front, no individuals were wearing their masks inside. None of the patients. None of the receptionists. None of the doctors. No one. This "rule" has not been enforced in the slightest and has resulted in one of my family members - an immunocompomised compromised family member - contracted COVID from their visit. This is the *only* place they leave the house for as they suffer from severe agoraphobia and initially refused to provide an *SAFE* alternative to going in to the offices. My brother was finally able to schedule a telehealth appointment for today, the day I'm writing this... only for them to tell him that they don't do telehealth, they have never done telehealth (yet they did for the pandemic), and proceeded to make him wait for another TWO AND A HALF HOURS for his appointment. And when the doctor, SUSAN H., finally contacted my brother she had the audacity to not only say that we were lying about the conditions of their office, but proceeded to mock and belittle my brother for his conditions and refuse to provide his prescriptions because he was being "disruptive" as he was upset that not only did they get him sick and nearly kill him but then refused to even provide a service they had previously provided and blamed *him* for it.

Every single person in this office deserves to be fired and the building torn down and replaced with something more helpful. Even McDonald's would be better suited in that location - at least they wear masks.
