would give them zero stars if it allowed me too!!! They were recommended by Floor and Decor; House was empty which made the installation very easy for the installers. Workers do not speak much English, so it was difficult to communicate with them at times. When completed the job, they refused to seal the grout, even though ceramic creations told us to buy it and we had it due to being on the list. They never cleaned the haze from the floor. which makes tiles difficult to clean. we noticed many tiles made hollow sounds and then there was one that popped out. We called ceramic creations and spoke to owner Chris; he said no he would have someone come out replace the tiles. To this day the hollow tiles they replaced are still hallow, Chris the owner doesn’t care he already has his money. He never even came to checkup on the job that his employees did. later realized that these tiles were hard to keep clean there are lots of grooves in the tile and it looks as though there is dirt inside. we had a tile inspector to come check out my tiles were making hallow sound due to the fact that flooring installers didn’t level the floor before installation, the haze that they never cleaned off my floor that was stuck in the grooves of the tile. The grout is turning from light gray to a black cause they didn't seal it. Floor and décor contacted Chris at ceramic creations and let them know about this, and he ended up sending ceramic creations team back out to try to do an acid wash. He said this would take care of the now discolored grout and the haze that was stuck on the tile and in the grooves. After doing acid wash it destroyed my floor. I have tiles with white patches all over them and my grout is still black, tiles still hazy. Chris never even came out or even called to see if his employees did the job to our standard or to any standard at all. They don’t care about what they did to our floor!!!!

This project was completed in October of 2022, and we did not receive any complaints or concerns until over a year later, after the warranty had already expired. **** did go out and look at the job and did send a crew out as a curtesy to fix any hollow tiles and clean any excess grout on the floors. Any chemicals that were used are made by tile manufacturers and completely safe for the floor. We were not contracted to seal the floors and do not warranty against dirt, the customer said herself that she was not happy with the grooves in the tile that she purchased and selected on her own.  We only speak English and can communicate effectively with our installers, we are an equal opportunity employer and hire all ethnicities,we also provide every customer with a project manager and have an office manager available during business hours to address any concerns.
