I called them in February told them the ** was not working right still under warranty may send on an inspector looked at it there was nothing wrong June 24th warranty was up April 5th air conditioning system broke we've been over a month without air conditioning my son and myself 109heat index call them many times still wanted to charge me the service charge I'm disabled and retired and make 861 a month this was a federal ***** they showed up at 9:30 in the morning I left at 11:30 at night they did not install it right please help me get my air conditioning fixed my last system lasted me 18 years without a problem thank you for your helpBusiness response

We replaced the **** equipment only 5/4/2022 under the Weatherization Program which is contracted out to us through **************************** The customer receives a one year labor warranty through us along with a 10 Year Parts only warranty.
We did receive a service call request from ******************** on 5/11/2023 stating the **** system was making a loud noise when it turned on, he also complained about the upstairs is always very cold and the downstairs does not cool well and wanted to redirect the airflow which is not included in the scope of work through the weatherization program. He wanted us to install some sort of deflector, again not included in the scope of work. When we arrived at the service call on 5/11/2023 regarding the **** making a loud noise, our service technician stated that the unit sounded normal, although he did spread the copper cap tubes apart that seemed to be rubbing together and also hitting metal on case. He checked the system operations and all system operations were normal at that time.
When *************** called and stated his unit wasn't cooling in June, he was informed his labor warranty was up 5/31/2023 and that he would have to pay for the service call. He stated he did not have to pay for labor because this was a weatherization program change out and he only had a certain income and was caring for a child. Unfortunately if the customer is unwilling to pay we can not schedule a service call.
We had not received any telephone calls from *************** prior to 5/31/2023 regarding his system having any issues not cooling.

************************* the first time I complained that the air conditioning wasn't working right was in February of ****************************** May 2023 if they do not want to fix it since we've been over a month without air conditioning on the hottest part of the year I will take further steps that the attorney general suggested I take
