            I contracted Island Roofing to re-roofing my house, one week after the Island roofing had completed the job, the window contractor replaced all windows, he needed to walk on the roof, by doing so some tiles were broken, all on the same location. I called Island Roofing; the tiles were replaced, and the window contractor agreed to pay half of price. On the following months I noticed wet on the Living room sofa, at first, I did not give much attention because I have severe injury on both knee and I use icy bag all the time, I thought it was leak or condensation from the icy bag. One day I noticed water on the sofa and on the floor, then I checked and found that the water came from the ceiling, at same location the repair was done to replace the tiles broken by the window contractor. I called island Roofing manager, Mr. ***** he did not answer, left message, he did not call back, I sent him an email, he did not replay. I called another manager, *********************************** she sent a person to check, this person came but did not check, he told he would back another day because that day had a light rain, he did not back, after a few weeks a called him, he told he is not waking with Island Roof anymore. A few weeks later two persons from the Island Roofing came and gave superficial look. On November 17,2022 ********************************** Sent an email stating, (UNFORTUNATELY YOU REPORTED THIS LEAK AFTER THE HURRICANE, AND THE WARRANTY IS VOID).It is easy to Blame the hurricane to void warranty and cover up bad workmanship. The leak is on the same place where the tiles broken by the window contractor ware replaced. Also, there was not really a hurricane in my community, no flood no wind damage. My property is 16 miles east from the shore and 32 miles from where hurricane landed. Also, about 90 degrees from the hurricane path. I would like to the roof be fixed without any charge.

            BEWARE BUSINESS IS CLOSING! I was buying a home and my realtor helped me get a roof repair estimate on 12/14/23 from this company. After closing, I tried to contact the salesman to schedule the repair only to be ghosted. Finally called the main office for him and was told he left the company. Tried to schedule the repairs and was told they would not do the work since they were going out of business. No reason was given why they are closing down. It turns out the estimate was a low ball estimate and I can't find any company do the same repairs even close to that price. It's going to cost me about a $1,000 more out of pocket thanks to these shady crooks. ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***
