We had our pool installed 5 years ago; we've had nothing but problems. The installation was shoddy and the Jandy equipment used have gone bad multiple times. The salt cell has gone bad 3 times and the LED lights have gone bad 3 times. Replacement of a LED light that should have lasted many years is to the tune of $1,000 just for the part. Customer service said they would honor part replacement for the LED light out of warranty because it was a known defect. While trying for months to coordinate the light replacement, they blatantly backed out of their promise using the supply chain issue as the excuse. We used Nassau because our builder said they were reputable. However, he now admits that was a past reputation as he has received so many complaints about Nassau. Use any other pool company other than Nassau even if it costs more. The money saved is not worth the aggravation. This is not a honorable company.

Contracted for pool. Many delays. Really tore up our yard with equipment, with an advance understanding they would put it all back. They never did.
Ran piping wrong several times, breaking up our concrete wall. Never fixed it. Just left a mess. Did a lot of damage. Tried may times to resolve issues, but they wouldn't negotiate one. Finally I withheld final payment of $6,000. Then we had an issue with faulty equipment, and they wouldn't honor any warrantees without final payment. Had another contractor fix the issue.
When they shot the concrete, they ran a 4" concrete hose in our front door, out the back, for their convienience. Got concrete in 20'x10' slider tracks. Tried without success to fix it. This alone will cost about $1200 to fix.
Damage they caused was over amount withheld, so I I told them they owed us. They wouldn't try to resolve issue without payment in full.
No on site supervision, no customer care. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Nassau Pools Construction, Inc. has been in business for over 50 years with the same family ownership the entire time. Obviously that doesn't happen by leaving issues unresolved or performing poorly. This project had obstacles (some natural and other based on production requests and delays by your house construction paradigm) that were expressed by our staff and eventually had to be worked around. Although there were some issues during production, attempts were made to resolve them and those were declined. Discrepancies in the above information have been discussed privately; but those particulars have certainly been omitted from this statement. Fair and reasonable offers were made to resolve all issues and were declined. We would be happy to provide the level of support that we are known for, but that certainly must be accompanied by ALL parties taking proper responsibility for all items. We are very sorry that you experienced difficulties during your project and regret that you were unwilling to come to a reasonable agreement. Should you wish; we are always here with open ears and a willingness to work fairly and honorably with any client.
