We apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you may have experienced during your interaction with our company. Providing exceptional service to our customers is our top priority, and we regret that we fell short of meeting your expectations in this instance.
Upon reviewing your account and the details of your service request, we understand your frustration with the charges incurred. We strive to maintain transparency in our pricing structure, and feel our pricing is very much in line with the services rendered. Identifying a leak in the hoe does require diagnosis from the technician.
As for the pricing for the replacement of flappers and floats for your toilets, we understand your concern about the additional cost. We will review our pricing structure to ensure that it reflects the value of the services provided while remaining competitive in the market.
We appreciate your recognition of our professional staff, and we are grateful for your acknowledgment of their dedication to serving our customers with excellence as we do with every one of our calls and customers.
