On October 2022 we decided to contract the company B & W Paving Contractors of Southwest Florida, Inc. to do work on our driveway; namely, add various new sections of asphalt all the way to the back of our house. Mr. ******* asked $14,000 for the job, of which $7,000 would be paid initially and the remaining $7,000 would be paid after the job was finished. This was agreed and the initial $7,000 was paid immediately to start the work. The job has not been completed and Mr. ******* has been very irresponsible; they have only completed a small portion of the work, which after some research/investigation, is nowhere near worth the $7,000 initial payment that was provided. We have tried to solve this problem, we have called Mr. ******** left voicemails, we have sent text messages, and there has been no response. In order to get answers to our calls, we had to call from different numbers that he did not know belonged to us and then , we only received constant irrational excuses and he would hang up the phone without providing us any logical explanation as to why the job wasn't completed or even when they would complete it.It has now been several weeks since we were last able to get ahold of Mr. ******* and our driveway is still incomplete , as can be seen from the attached files.We decided to look more in depth into this company and its president only to discover that their license had been revoked and that Mr. ******* had many similar complaints and , according to ******* County, also his license was revoked. At this point, we just want our money back for the job that he never completed and the hope that someone can put a stop to Mr. ******* so he no longer tries to take people's hard earned money.
