Terrible company. Doubled my price a week before my move. Would not refund all of my deposit.Review from Karen O

Summary: Movers were great, however, if you are doing an estate removal (whole house) make sure they send someone out to assess the situation, then give you a summary of services and cost in writing. My Scenario: I requested an estate removal for a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with lanai house (**** sqft) to be done in one day because I had cleaners scheduled for the next day. I was told that a half truck would cost $500 and a full truck $1000. We settled on a date, however, no movers showed up, they rallied and told me they would come the next day, which they did. They showed up with a truck, filled it up and proceeded to tell me the rest of the items would not fit, but they got most of the large items. To their credit, they only charged me $850 vs $1000 due to the missed appt. I rescheduled them to come back and get the rest, they supposedly filled it the truck up and then charged me $1575.00 for this load. I called to ask them why $1575 if a full truck only costs $1000 and was told they brought a larger truck this time. There were no discussions about different costs for different size trucks. After a couple of conversations, they conceded to refunding me $200.00, however I still ended up paying a total of $2225.00 (on what planet is two trucks @ $1000 = $2225.00?)I think they mean well and according to the neighbors, they did a great job, but communications relative to the service, size of the project, and cost could have better. I hope this review results in some positive changes in their management and helps others to avoid those issues.Review from Brian L

Avoid this company at all costs!. I hired this company to pick up my household goods from Pack Rat storage facility in Tamp Bay after they failed to meet the delivery of my goods as they said they would do. I spoke with Aaron the Sales Manager and advised they could pick my goods at 10am for $1,500 and deliver them in a 26' truck after I informed him that I had 2 pods that were 16' each, total of 32'. He assured me they could fit everything in. I knew if they could that would be a miracle and he advised me if they couldn't, they would send another truck to pick up the reaming items. His crew did not show until later in the day so my wife and I left to Cape Coral to where our house was. The drivers did not arrive until late in the day and they were great. I was told the amount to pay was $2400, not $1500. I asked Aaron and another company employee this will not exceed $1500 and they kept telling me it wouldn't. Lies number 2! After talking with one of the owners I advised to listen to the phone calls where I am asking them over and over the price is $1500. He said if that was the case they would honor the price quoted. Lie number 3. They never listened to the call and Aaron said he would send me the calls as I asked since he said he had nothing to hide. Lie number 4. Calls never sent. I asked when my other items would be delivered, he said the next day. Live number 5. I advise you need the keys to open the doors to the pod. He said they would be there the next day. Lie number 6. They weren't picked until 2 days later. He had a Father and son both who could not speak English and could not understand a word I was saying or played dumb. Either way they were good workers. Almost all my furniture was damaged during the move and he said since I had insurance on my goods he had a guy he works with that does great work on restoration of damaged furniture. Lie number7. He refused to honor the verbal agreement at every level. Everything out of his mouth was a lie.Review from Arnold C

Communication: 5 Stars. during each stage of the process I was able to coordinate with different members of their team including the office manager, owner, and drivers. Correspondence was super versatile over text messages, email, and phone. They check in with you after the job is complete to make sure everything went well.
Pricing: 5 Stars. Very affordable and reasonable costs. I had checked out 4 other moving companies and all of their rates were hilariously overpriced in comparison. Some companies gave me quotes without actually visiting the property which means I didn't get an accurate estimate. Eagle Eye Movers check out your property in person to give accurate rates.
Service: 5 stars. Aaron the office manager volunteered to come visit when they were shorthanded. The staff were willing to meet with me at my property, even after hours. The movers Edgar and Jaime were pleasant and professional. They wasted no time and finished their work quickly without damaging anything.
Overall: Highly recommended. It is clear that they care about their work and their clients. A very big thank you to the team at Eagle Eye Movers: Pablo, Aaron, Edgar, and Jaime.Review from Fred

Do NOT use this company. The movers damaged pieces of antique furniture, broke a door in the new home. The company will not communicate with us on how to compensate.
The move started out very positive with the loaders appearing to be very careful, but when the van arrived after a 3-hour drive (move), it was apparent that the furniture had not been securely packed. A table fell from on top of the load and broke. An antique dresser "broke into pieces" when they unloaded it...it held a large TV for years and was in perfect shape when they loaded it. They were in a hurry to unload and put wrong bed racks to frames (which they had marked) and were frustrated because I wanted them to correct the mistake. One of the workers kept asking for a tip.
Alex, the guy on the phone managing from a distance, called several times to make sure there would be a cashier's check when they loaded and when they unloaded. He calculated the second check after the load, and the cost was $2,000 over the stated amount, with the only explanation being that it took up more space than planned. He said they couldn't fit another "move" on the truck, so we had to pay for the entire truck even though we did not use all of the space.
The one time I was able to connect with Alex to see about the damages, he told me to send pictures, which I did...but he has not responded to emails, etc. regarding how to compensate since then. Again, DO NOT USE Eagle Eye Moving.Review from Larry B

Eagle Eye Movers, Naples, FL. I would avoid Eagle Eye Movers like the plague. They lie, they gouge you on charges and their office staff is completely unorganized. Don't pay any attention to what they quote you for the move, it will be considerably more. Then for storage, they quoted me in writing $300-$500 per month. Then, three months later when I wanted to get our items out of storage, they told me it was $850 per month. I told them what we were quoted and the owner said "that was just an estimate" despite the contract stating the amount written must be the amount. I had to pay the extra in order to get my items. Also, took us many days and many phone calls to arrange for us to get our items. When I threatened to call the police, they finally responded. All told, the move for one trailer full of items & three months storage cost us almost $7000.00.
