They dont do there job, they sit there all say and dont help people, they have health care providers and dont want to take anyone they are schedualing 3 to 4 months out how are people supposed to get help when you schedual that far out, saying they only have 1 provider, they arent tending to peoples needs Theyre blowing them off, very rude and distespectful, they give you the run around, they arent operating the facility the way that they should, just expect people to suffer,Business response

Client received a clinical assessment on 9/15/23 and was assigned to a therapist on 9/20/23. Client linked with therapy on 9/29/23, met once with the therapist and then was scheduled for a follow-up session on 10/06. The client was given the opportunity to receive treatment at three different scheduled times between 9/15/23 and 10/06/23. Client didnt appear for the 10/06/23 appointment and staff did attempt to reach him on 10/10/23, however the client did not answer, nor did he return our call. Client was scheduled for a psychiatric evaluation on 1/25/24 to review the need for medication and currently based on clients insurance coverage we do have limited availability for appointments. We also added client to our stand-by list as well and as bookings free up we do reach out to clients and attempt to get them seen sooner.
Based on complaint # ******** we have begun our internal grievance process which includes follow-up with client. Our quality improvement staff will continue to reach out to client to better assist with his concern and continue to work to have him seen for ********** Services as soon as there is availability.
