I signed up for 4 sessions a gave my credit card to pay for services, Employee Will told me my card will be charged every 6th of the month to continue monthly services , I declined this way of doing business and stated I will charge if we go forward, on the 17th of January i text and spoke to Will to put account on freeze he said okay , a day or two later he called and asked if i still wanted to freeze account and I stated yes , I even had my last session and said am I on freeze with the account he again stated yes, on the 6th of February my card was charged , I called that morning and he said it must have been there oversight and he would have it corrected, after numerous email and left messages no response , I would like a full refund of charged amount and all my files taken off their computer DO not want credit towards future services with this companyInitial Complaint

I have left a voicemail and sent an email requesting a cancellation of my membership due to poor customer service and lack of respect for my requests for a female employee only for stretches. I left a voicemail for the manager on 6/5 requesting a cancellation. After receiving no response I sent an email to the ******* park site on 6/8. I never received a response and on 6/23 the company recharged my account for sessions I didnt not authorize.Initial Complaint

After receiving my October membership bill of $73, I called the Stretch Zone to inform them I was officially withdrawing my membership. they expressed their regrets and assured my that my membership was indeed terminated. However, for the past 3 months I have still been billed $73 for the membership (11/29, 12/31,& 1/31)Business response

However, I have gone ahead and reached out to the business owner of the Stretch Zone to which you are a member - urging them to resolve this issue for you in a timely manner. On behalf of Stretch Zone, I want to thank you for your business in the first place and apologize for any sort of failure you have experienced from the business.
