Problem 1: I spent a lot of time with Lindsey designing my kitchen. She was very helpful and kind during the process and very responsive. I provided a plan designed by another cabinet maker but I decided not to go with them since they used press board. The original design showed 39 inch upper cabinets. I repeatedly asked Lindsey if my cabinets were tall enough to go to the ceiling and she reassured me that they would go to the ceiling. It was not clear from the designs she sent me how tall the cabinets were. The upper cabinet arrived and were only 36 inches tall. I also wanted to include a pantry - this was ordered at exactly my ceiling height even though I asked for them and the design showed them lining up with the pantry. There is a 6 inch gap from the cabinets to the ceiling except for the pantry (which had to be shaved to fit in the space. I have to reorder all the upper cabinets at my expense to make the line at the top even through the upper kitchen cabinets. Problem 2: Original shipped cabinets - 1 extra, 1 that was the wrong size and 1 that was damaged. I have been trying to fix these problems for 10 days without resolution. I have emailed daily. Submitted the claims they asked me to submit. However I have not received a response. I am without a kitchen for the past 10 day without resolution in site. I am very disappointed with my experience.

Order arrived damaged from shipper noted on invoice by driver and company will not replace the damaged items.

As we advised at the time of your purchase and as we explained recently, visible damage has to be reported within 5 days of delivery and concealed damage needs to be reported within 30 days of delivery. These rules are not arbitrarily set by us, but created as it is the only way for us to gain compensation from the shipping companies for damage to the shipments. We try to support our customers as much as possible and frequently bend these rules but you reported the damage over 4 months after taking delivery and unfortunately we are unable to approve this. If there is anything else we may help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I was in touch with the Sales Manager due to high volume sale and he assigned me another designer which was personal and attentive to my needs being a first timer ordering such a big order of cabinets for my kitchen. I was so pleased with my designer and this company. I was concerned about the unassembled cabinets arriving safely after reading the reviews I was hesitant. But I took a leap of faith and it paid off. They arrived without damage and timely. The delivery guy was great and went thru the order with me box by box to make sure I had received everything I ordered. No damage boxes and later after assembly as well!! Dream White style was the better cabinet for us. However, the blind corner cabinets I thought had a bigger opening to allow for kidney movable shelving but it was too small. Maybe I should have considered this before purchasing this model of cabinets. I'm sure they have other type of cabinets that would allow for a 15" opening mine was only 13.5". One mistake by the designer but she admitted to this mistake easily and replaced the cabinet on her dime not mine which allows me to say 5 stars for her integrity. Just make sure you review all cabinets with 30 days like they say in their materials. Meaning install or open each of the boxes and examine the cabinets. I had no issues and damage or discoloration, etc.I never ordered something like this before and the designer was very patient and gave me her direct number to call her. We emailed back & forth as well which she made herself available. We adjusted the design several times before the order. We made sure and double checked the measurements. She made suggestions as well that were helpful that I didn't think about as well.

The process was very easy and smooth- from working with ******** on the initial design to placing the order and installing. One of our cabinets came assembled by mistake , and the issue was resolved straight away and a new cabinet was sent out with no additional work needed on our end to try and send back the incorrect item. Overall, highly recommend for the DIY'er's out there!
