On December 28th, two days after my beloved dad passed away I purchased over 1100 dollars worth of cookware stated to be nonstick/ nontoxic. The shipping was free should have been for the amount that was spent. There was a sale going on at the time which saved a little over 600 dollars on the cookware (normally around 1700) When I finally received the cookware, minus one piece which came a few weeks later, I read the instructions and was excited to use. Sadly, after following the instructions to the letter and using only 1-2 pieces MAXIMUM, I learned , one, this cookware is almost worthless unless you are boiling or steaming (I was told it can be used for frying via e-mail) two, this cookware is NOT nonstick as it claims and three, this stuff was overpriced and falsely/ misadvertised. I took a screenshot of the description (and screenshots from correspondence). 360 failed to mention that this cookware was only able to be used on low-med heat they also fail to post ALL reviews good and bad. I found bad product reviews on ****** and ****** which coupled with other info would have caused me not to purchase. I found affordable nonstick nontoxic cookware on ****** as well. Due to being under a lot of stress as well as being in bereavement for my late dad, it took me a while to remember to reach out to return the items. After some back and forth it was agreed that I could and since I’d have to cover the hefty shipping costs (over $250) , I could possibly be refunded for the shipping if the items were defective, (see screenshot). When I inquired about the shipping cost refund I was met with excuses “we cover shipping so customers have free shipping” & so forth. They seem to not want to reimburse me for shipping and made hasty and inaccurate claims. ONE piece showed signs of use ONLY. I did not use all of the cookware and I took videos showing the one piece that shows signs of use. The rest had water stains from washing as suggested by the instructions and common sense.
