I am rejecting this response because: the business never performed any work to provide any services or equipment that would warrant a charge. They literally did nothing except lie to us about how maintenance and repair orders would work and be charged, at which point we advised that we had no intention of being part of a bait & switch scheme from their salesperson. I understand Sales sometimes oversells what the company actually does, but in this instance, it was a case of blatant false information regarding how we would be charged, so we told them before any actual work occurred or anything happened, it was best to part ways due to their inability to be factual.

I am rejecting this response because: I no longer have faith that this company is competent to resolve this issue to the satisfaction of ****** and/or ***************. I have been working with a company that knows much better what is required and more knowledgable about the unit installation necessary. Accurate Power and Technology sat on this issue for three months, despite the fact that we are now deep into hurricane season. This inaction has put my family and property at risk. I demand compensation for the amount that the new company will quote me to complete the job they left undone for three months. I do not seek compensation for my time or my wife's time due to their inaction if they accept these terms. After this is satisfied, I wish to terminate my business relationship with APT.

I am rejecting this response because: GenStar's solution is what I want to go with, as moving the generator outside the structure is NOT what we originally agreed, nor is it in the signed contract. Additionally it is not practical, nor have you submitted anything to describe the work indicating that it is even feasible. I ask that you reimburse me the amount of GenStar's estimate. Our history has proven to me that you are not qualified to do the work, and that this solution is an attempt to try to resolve this matter without fulfilling your contracted obligations. I will not allow your company near my generator because I am confident that your assurances, which you never backed up with any action before, are not worth the paper they are printed on. Once I have received compensation, this matter will be closed and I will not pursue any further action against your company.

I purchased a hole home generator from this company which in there case is fully paid for on there end,they came the first time to install the generator and electrical components when they left I didn't have power out to my garage outback I called them and they did send someone over to check on it, they said it was a bad breaker. I said ok well it worked before you touched it and know it doesn't, they still said there's nothing they can do about unless I wanted to pay for a new breaker and someone to install it,I said no thanks I know how to change a breaker in a breaker box so I did it myself which it turns out the breaker wasn't bad after all it just wasn't installed correctly. They came out a second time to install a load shed box fir the same 100 amp breaker that I had a problem with the first time,after they left this time guess what no power out to my garage again, I called them at um around 17:00 on the 19th and got there emergency answer service, there technician walked me threw checking a few things, I changed the breaker because we thought that was bad again,the new one still did work but still no power to the garage, so there technician walked threw checking the new load shed box they just installed that day and as best we could tell it wasn't working properly, I said we'll you need to send someone out immediately because I have a refrigerator and freezer in this garage that now doesn't have power,they kindly said it would cost me a 300.00 service call,I responded I don't think so your company was just here and installed this so your company can come out and fix it.Finally I just said I wish your company would just remove everything and refund me my money because there so incompetent, I was a little upset is the nice way to say it. They are also terrible about keeping me updated on anything to do with this project which if they would just communicate with me I probably wouldn't be so upset but now I'm just furious.Business Response

Good Day. We wont be removing anything nor will we be coming back until you pay for scheduling an appointment and deliberately wasting my time. Wanting to bury an LP tank in your drain filed doesn't work nor is it our fault. Instead of working with us your fighting us the whole way. We have an invoice for 350.00 for an equipment service call. You are very rude to my staff and I wont tolerate it anymore. Please call 352.735.8285 when you wish to pay, we will move forward. Otherwise we can start Lein proceedings. Thanks

Another response from this business that clearly shoes they are not a responsible or customer oriented business, I am aware by my original complaint that I won't get a refund or get anything removed,I also didn't schedule a appointment deliberately, I've told them and told them we're I wanted the propane tank and they still didn't listen, I understand it has to go were the county says it's allowed to go,in that sense I was told by the salesman that someone would come to my house and go over everything with us before they actually showed up to do the install,again no communication from this business at all.

Y'all say I oh a bill,well I haven't received any bill in the mail? The bill is for apparently deliberately wasting accurate power and technology's time,hmmm is there such a thing,if that's the case I'll have to send them a bill for wasting my time,I'm a truck driver and I stayed home an extra week for accurate power and technology and my average weekly pay is 15,000.00 dollars a week so who's gonna reimburse me for that time I lost because of accurate power and technology's negligence, they applied for a permit that approved them putting a propane tank literally less than one foot away from my septic tank which I repeatedly told them were my septic tank was but of course either they didn't listen or they simply don't care. They say my generator would be up and running by know,hmmm I don't see how did they resubmit the permit to move the propane tank,I have no idea,it's a big secret I guess,and I had to connect the wires together in the new 100 amp load shed box they just installed to get power back out to my garage,oh I had to move a freezer to my neighbors house that was in my garage so I wouldn't loose everything in it,who's gonna reimburse me for that probably nobody thank you accurate power and technology fir that.
