Quality delivery personnel and modern equipment. Great company!! I definitely recommend them.

I had scheduled delivery with GE Appliance via Exclusive Enterprises one month in advance, and to my disappointment, the refrigerator was delivered on the date scheduled. I have yet to receive a call to reschedule. I called GE Appliance to inquire about the non-delivery, and they indicated that I had to wait until the next available appointment or four days. Most importantly, GE could not guarantee the delivery. This is quite unprofessional and lacks integrity.

We had a refrigerator delivered yesterday by Chaz and Charles and they couldn’t have been more professional and or polite! The two gentleman are an asset to your company. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I had a dishwasher delivered today by Exclusive Enterprise. It arrived during the pre-arranged slot of time with a call ahead phone call that the truck and installers were nearby. The dishwasher was installed with no trouble. The two delivery men were very cordial and knowledgeable. They removed the non-working dishwasher and headed to their next delivery.

Had a refrigerator delivered today with no problems. The delivery guys were very polite and very professional. They were right on time and setup was quick and easy. They were very helpful, fast yet thorough. I would recommend them to everyone.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT OR USE THIS COMPANY!! First and foremost, they are poorly operated and deliver products at their leisure. They do not have consideration for the customers schedule and won't confirm a time until the day before. Better yet, they TELL YOU when they are coming or just show up whenever they feel like it. Not to mention, it took damn there a month for them to finally get the product delivered at an accommodating time. Second, when the technician came to my home, he entered and prompted another gentle man to enter my home without a mask on, after I asked them not enter without one. But they ask you all of these COVID questions when scheduling the delivery. Third, the technician clearly did not know how to install the microwave, and caused more damage to my home and HVAC system. When we contact the company, the rude and ignorant receptionist or whomever she is claimed the supervisor wasn't available and that I needed to contact the company the sent them to do the install. Go figure, them avoiding the responsibility of the damages they made, after saying that they would when I spoke with someone on the day the damages were made. They have contracts and/or are vendors for large companies' such as Home Depot, American Home Shield Home Warranty Company and possibly Lowe's and God knows who else! Cleary this is how they are staying business and getting business. This company SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS and any business/company that is contracted with them as a vendor/contractor needs to DROP THEM ASAP!! They are beyond unprofessional, ghetto and gives any company affiliated with them a band name. Definitely will damage your brand !!

Very poorly run company. They do not honor their promises. Awaiting appliance delivery. Had 2 no shows. Refuse to let me come pick up my appliance. Company is contract by Home Depot to deliver. Apparently HD is aware of their bad performance. But chose to use them anyway. So I will no longer shop with HD.
