I am very appreciative with the customer service I have received from the team over at M&M Freight and Logistics and their auto transport service driver with SF Union (unknown name). Chris, the M&M agent provided a wealth of information for me to make an informed decision. He was honest, forthcoming on the process, transparent, and patient during my fact finding based on several negative reviews against most if not all of the auto transport companies out there attempting to get your business and money. In addition, several scammers as well looking to steal from you that I had seen during my search, so PLEASE BE AWARE. After a couple days of deciding, I chose M&M Freight and Logistics and I couldn’t be happier. Chris negotiated a decent price, found a driver, and scheduled my vehicle pickup for the next day. I was provided follow up communication by text and phone during the transport from Chris at M&M Freight and Logistics and the driver (unknown name) with SF Union. During the entire process with M&M Freight and Logistics, I felt the due diligence and professional vibe extended by M&M Freight and Logistics paid off with a great trustworthy company who provided me excellent, efficient, effective pickup and delivery during “my” experience. I felt reassured that my vehicle would arrive safely with no hidden fees or drama once the information and agreement was finalized. Chris at M&M Freight and Logistics, and SF Union (unknown name) did an amazing job and I am very grateful and appreciative for the customer service and support I received. I am glad M&M Freight and Logistics works with trustworthy drivers.
