      I have been making monthly payments for my vacation. I can not get anyone to answer my calls. When some pick up the phone they hang up. I sent emails. One email doesn't work. The other no one responds back. All I wanted at the time is to complete my payment a change my trip from ****** to a cruise. At this point I want my money back. On trip visor I see someone paid their money and haven't been on their trip due to lack of communication.

      I have paid for 3 different vacation packages through ******* as an employee. I did not use during pandemic, for obvious reasons. I have tried to schedule a vacation in March for July, plenty of lead time. They failed to return any emails or phone calls; I thought it was odd, so I kept inquiring. I finally got ahold of someone and as soon as they looked up my accout and confirmed 3 paid packages, the lady hanged up on me. I have been unable to get ahold of anyone since, I've tried emails (one per week) to all previous parties involved, agents from previous bookings to reservations to billing. Nothing has come back other than the automated correspondence advising me that someone will reach to me in less than 72 hrs. At this point I want a refund for all of my payments, this company has become shady overnight, and I read nothing but negative reviews. I do have screenshots of my package deals and amounts, I can still log on to the website and look up my account, but that is about all I can do. This needs to be ressolved, I know someone is listening to the calls and are screening previous customer's calls. A lawsuit needs to issued.

      I have been working with this company for several years with my vacation plans. In 2020 I made payments to go to ******* then I changed it to *****. Due to the Covid pandemic, I pushed the trip back to March 2023. I stopped with the payments and then returned, and suddenly, the prices stopped going through. I have made several attempts to ask this company to resume the payments and am still waiting for a response. I have also included the news media in my emails. I have a disabled son traveling with me to *****, and I'm in a bind now!!!

      Below is an email I received from Optucorp when I made my booking through them on Jan 19th 2022. I called and emailed on numerous occasion to follow up with final payment. No phone calls are returned and no emails answered. At one point I received a notification stating that the email address box was full. I had no issues making the final payment, there was no way to make the payment. The month leading up to my travel became increasingly stressful with no contact from Optucorp. 24 hours before flying out for my family reunion I was told my reservation was cancelled. Again Optucorp lack of response was terrible during this stressful time. I am still waiting for a response and a refund.Hello ***************,Your reservation is already confirmed at Breathless, ***********, *******, and attached you will find the confirmation voucher.There will be a remaining balance of $169.73 USD that you will need to cover before November 08th, 2022.Amount paid: $3119.27 USD New price: $3289 USD Remaining: $169.73 USD

      I have been trying to get in touch with Optucorp since February 2022 about my ************ ******* vacation. they have been taking money out of my paycheck but I cannot get ahold of them to amend my vacation! there is one person who cannot go so I needed to take him off and get a refund but no one will answer the phone. No one is answering emails, no one is answering live chats and and I need my refund. Is this business even open anymore? I have been with this company for 5 years now and I have never had this problem and I have gone months without someone answering the phone. I need a refund for ***************** portion because he can no longer come. We Eventually changed our dates to October 26th - November 2nd 2022.

      I booked a package with Optucorp travel back in 2019, and then Covid hit. Recently I reached out to them via email and phone and left several messages and no responses as of yet from anyone in regards my request. I have $380.00 under this contract number#****** and $40.00 under #******. If the company is out of business and they are not honoring contracts anymore, I would like to have my money back. I emailed them on 8/23 and 8/26 and call them before those dates as well. I will appreciate any help you can provide.

      My family and I wanted to take a trip to ******* ******* in June 2022. I emailed Optucorp in March 2022 to make the arrangements. We could not afford the Resort we initially wanted so, we opted to pay for a different Resort. However, we have done business with this company before so, (we knew that as long as we were making the payments, we would be able to use the money towards any Resort we wanted, as long as we paid it before time). We made the down payment and the 1st payment as well. In the mean time, I requested information on different dates in June for the Resort we wanted to go to, just incase the amount of that Resort would change and we would be able to stay there instead, We knew that we were already making payments, and it would be more than enough time to change Resorts. When requesting the info, it would be days, almost weeks before I could get anyone to respond. Then the payments that were supposed to come out for the trip just stopped. We did not have another payment come out after the 1st initial payment. I reached out to Optucorp, several time asking them what was going on and no one contacted me back. I've been requesting for a refund for months, and I've yet to receive anything.

      This Company has owed me $450 for years. I have tried to make contact and receive the same email over and over nothing else. It was supposed to be a travel plan , I have never been even been sent any kind of material or offers. They are a scam and I want my money back.

      I had booked a vacation / hotel reservation through Optucorp in ******* ******. I checked with the Hotel a week prior to arrival and everything was fine ! My family and I arrived 10 hours away from home , to be told that optucorp canceled our reservation 3 days prior. Ive been calling Optucorp twice a day and leaving message since 6/21/22 with no response. We ended up searching for a vacancy x 3 hours . We had to pay $1800 for another hotel ..We had already paid Optucorp $1700 .Can you please help us get our money back.

      I began paying for vacation sometime last year. $71 was deducted bi-weekly up until the end of January. I was notified via email that a payment was declined. I was having an issue with my bank so I called Optucorp to have them debit the money from another account. Since mid February I have sent a dozen emails and left countless voicemails with no response. This period of non payment will not allow me to take my trip as planned. I also have another trip I was paying on that I postponed payment on and would've liked to resume. I spoke with someone last year about it and from our conversation I thought the issue was resolved. As of now this company has $1000+ of my money. And I am out of luck on well earned vacation for me and my family. I'd like this issue resolved asap so that I can be done with this company and continue on to plan another vacation for my family.
