            I have been making monthly payments for my vacation. I can not get anyone to answer my calls. When some pick up the phone they hang up. I sent emails. One email doesn't work. The other no one responds back. All I wanted at the time is to complete my payment a change my trip from ****** to a cruise. At this point I want my money back. On trip visor I see someone paid their money and haven't been on their trip due to lack of communication.

            I have traveled with this company 2 separate times never had an issue my last package with them things were a little different. I had always spoken to **** at reservations. Now all of a sudden emails are bouncing back and I have tried EVERY email I have ever been in contact with. The phone number isnt being answered anymore. Once I finally got someone on the phone and they answered regular just Hello not thanking you for calling etc. and when I said Ive been calling for months they hung up on me. My bank wont reimburse me and Im out $800. If they went bankrupt or something they should of communicated with us smh
