Its a very high pressure selling. They offer free facials to make you buy their products and that is just a ploy for more selling of over priced tools/products when you come back for your facials. And its true as soon as you say no.. the attitude changes.

This business uses unethical business practices that is 100% intended to trap consumers into purchasing over priced cosmetics and infra red therapy devices.they use high pressure sales tactics, and do not ever explain that their products cannot be returned or refunded.They hide behind multiple company names and re-sellers and avoid your complaint about their product by saying you did not buy from them.My wife got conned into paying over $6,000 CAD worth of product that she was not shopping for and did not really want. These salespeople are professional con artists. They do not explain that you cannot cancel an order or get a refund... you are trapped. Their customer service at Morena **************** is very responsive but keep referring to their fine print on the sales slip that states that "All sales are final no refunds or returns will be accepted" Yes, that is in the fine print, and never explained during the sales process. The Sales slip also states that you confirm that you have received the goods, when in fact you don't when sold at an airport location. If you try disputing this fact, they ignore the statement, and reiterate that you signed the sales slip and the product is not returnable. When purchasing from an airport shop, either Morena ****************, or D'or 24K Cosmetics, they ship the goods from the US to whatever country you live. They avoid the cost of taxes in the receiving country by declaring a FALSE Valuation for the goods. Our goods were worth $3,900 USD plus 16% MXN Tax. The ***** shipping document states a declared valuation of $47.12 USD. I'm sure this is contrary to most countries tax laws, but I will contact the *** and CRA to get their opinion on that. You will have a hard time leaving a bad review on any of their websites, as there is no place to be able to leave a review, yet they have plenty of published reviews form so-called happy clients. (Clever Marketing) If you want real reviews check the BBB, lots of bad reviews!

I have been their customer for two years, at first it was not good, but recently the customer service has improved and become really professional!!! The infrared light machines are some of the best I've ever seen, I really recommend them!

************* in short. They even warn you not to try to sell their substandard products online, as they are overpriced and do virtually nothing to help your skin. They attack anyone who has had the misfortune of purchasing their products and trying to recoup their loss funds by selling them online by claiming that the products you have are counterfeit. They had my **** account permanently closed even thought I had receipts and certificates of authenticity. I hope some higher power strikes them down, I really do.

I went to Paramus mall.as I was dissatisfied with the lifting innovation product. The applicator fell apart. Put their dirty hands on the tip that was opened and squeezed. I said do not put on my face, as I had on makeup. No gloves very unsanitary. Asked for a refund, the man said no way. Good bye. The pen is cheap plastic. Quality is not good. Sales force nasty and dirty. No at all customer friendly.

When they applied D'Or24K prestige to my face in store it looked great. But when I used the product at home it was all dried up, you couldn't even apply it. It also did nothing like in store. I called to talk to them with a phone number he gave me and left message, they won't call back. A big rip off that's very expensive.
