      I recently purchased some of your products at the ************** TDA Reg Hermatise Cozumel. (It is a cosmetic shop in the **************). The store is located just outside of the Duty Free stores in terminal 3 of the airport. The woman offered me a free sample of their cream in a small packet and enticed me into sitting into the chair to have her actually apply to see the differences. She applied a small amount to the wrinkles in the corner of the eye and messaged in the cream using a red LED wand. I did see an immediate change; there were tan lines where my wrinkles had been. I told her thank you but I was not interested in the wand but would purchase the cream. I gave her my credit card and passport.She kept me in the chair for a while discussing my skin care routine and really pushing the wand. She showed me an image of the wand, the empire tech 24k pro, on the empire tech website and stated it was $12,950.00. She continued her high pressure sales tactics with the fact that it would save me thousands of dollars in botox, laser treatments, and facials. She even claimed it would treat my TMJ problem. She kept throwing in more free creams and treatments to package. I sat patiently waiting for my credit card and passport to be returned. The time that I sat there should have been a clue, but I gave in. I said I did not have room in my luggage for the items and she stated, No problem. We will ship it to you for free. She had originally quoted me $3500, but suddenly it was $4300, then the final charge to my card was $4607.86 (which is different then the receipt that they sent me). When I questioned the price change, she stated it was tax and that I would get that money refunded if I went to the yellow cart. She walked me over to the yellow cart and filled out the paperwork. I was told to sign the form very carefully so that it matched my credit card or they may not accept the request for the taxes to be refunded to my credit card. They took my receipts as part of the paperwork. Now running late for my flight, I let it go.I received my products in two different shipments on January 31 and February 1, 2024.None of the items in either box were sealed. On February 1, I tried two of the creams and the wand and had a horrible allergic reaction. My face turned red and splotchy and was itchy, my eyes were burning, and I had a huge migraine headache. It took over a week for the redness and itchiness to go away. I still have a lingering headache. I have no history of allergic reactions or migraines. I have never been told I have sensitive skin. The woman had me take a before picture at the airport after she removed my make up and had applied the creams. I took the second picture during my reaction to see the difference. The one on the left is at the airport on January 28 and the second is on February 1.

      I have returned all of the items received to the original shipping address in *****, **.

      None of the products were used except for the two creams that I had the allergic reaction to.

      Please keep in mind none of the products were sealed when received originally.

      All unused products are in the original packaging.

      Each store is independently managed and operated. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the store located at "**************, TDA Reg Hermatise Cozumel." Therefore, we cannot directly process refunds for purchases made there. I suggest that if you bought a D'OR24K product at a retailer, Please contact the store or merchant directly to request a refund or dispute the charge with your credit card company.

      As you can see in the screens you sent us in red text

      "Products purchased from a 3rd party store, kiosk or distributor salon must be returned to the same place you bought them, and all returns and exchanges are subject to individual store policy. "

      We do not own the merchant of the retailer you purchased from therefore we cannot refund any payment made to other merchant.

      On December 16, 2023 I purchased Dor24k facial peeling gel, facial moisturizer, and facial milk cleanser from an Organic Beauty Kiosk at ****************** in ***********, **. The product does not work as promised but in fact does the opposite. It is causing a rash, completely drying out, and almost burning our skin.

      Date of transaction: 08-15-23 Amount I paid: $4280.00 Acct: ************ I was scammed by *********************** @ the Galleria ************** D'OR24K. He told me the LED wand was stronger/more effective than the Fraxel laser I receive annually from my dermatologist. He said he would give me the Empire Tech Marvelous Signature LED infrared light wand for free ($15,000 value) if I were to purchase 2 Face and Body Silk Cream for $2000 each and to "not tell anyone". He said it would not increase my skin cancer that I've been battling for 20 years. He did not tell me no refunds. He rang up a false receipt stating I purchased Marvelous Signature For Penetrating Masks Serum Cream QTY 1 @ $4000. He listed *********** Silk Cream Qty 4 for free. When I was deciding on the purchase, he had convinced me to buy *********** Silk Cream QTY:2 @ $2000 each. The receipt does not state the truth and is false. My dermatologist told me to NOT use the LED wand because it can increase my skin cancers. She said the fraxel laser is much more effective and does not recommend me to use the LED wand and it is too risky for me. I consulted *********************** for a refund and told him that he had given me false info and that my dermatologist warned me not to use it because I have ongoing skin cancer. He is refusing to refund my money. He lied to me and he scammed me. I've seen numerous scams re: D'OR24K since the purchase. I tried selling it on **** and the company had **** remove my listing stating that I was selling counterfeit products. The products came from their retail store and have never been open. They are scammers and liars and are blocking me from selling their products online. They are doing nothing to resolve the situation and are taking hard earned money from innocent customers. I am currently in dispute with them via Discover.

      I ordered something from D'or24k Prestige and tried to cancel it right after on April 10th, 2023. (I found it cheaper on Amazon). I emailed them several times over the next two days and attempted to call the customer service number to cancel this order but no one answered. I finally was able to reach someone on the phone on April 14th. She told me that they have already shipped it and to just send it back to them for a refund. I took it to my local post office and they marked it as "refused". I received the package back the very next day, so I went back to the post office to tell them it needs to go back to the sender. They apologized and assured me they would send it back to the sender. I tracked my package and they did send it back to ***** (where the company is located) and it arrived on April 24th to a post office in that city. Over the next several days I waited for the tracking to say "delivered" When days went by I contacted the post office and they opened an inquiry to find my package. This went on for over a month until they finally admitted that they lost my package on May 25th. Proof of all this in tracking **** # **********************. I called the company back and spoke to the same woman that I spoke with before and she told me that she would issue a refund by emailing management to let them know to refund me. I spoke with this same woman several times over the next few weeks (she is the only one that answers their customer service #) asking her when they were going to refund me. (The money I used to purchase this item was on my Affirm account). She keeps telling me that there is nothing she can do. I just need to wait for management and she has not heard anything from them. I filed a dispute with Affirm on June 15th. I received an email from Affirm on June 20th that they cannot open an official dispute because the loan is outside their 60-day dispute window. Please help me! I would be so grateful if there is anything you can do for me.

      D'Or 24K Cosmetics LLC (D24K) is submiting false claims of "Counterfeit" to **** against Sellers who list their products in order to remove all retail competition. We have been selling on **** for over 18yrs with over 85k completed transactions. During this time we have tried twice to list D'Or 24K products only for this company to file a bogus **** complaint to **** stating we are selling a non-authentic product. Please note this is not a case of them filing a legitimate DMCA notification. This company has figured out that filing an actual DMCA Notification also gives power to a Seller to challenge a bogus take-down and have their listing reinstated. With filing a **** "Counterfeit" claim **** will immediately remove the listing and will not reinstate unless they receive a retraction directly from the **** rights owner thus removing the ability for a legitimate reseller to challenge the dispute. By making these false claims **** will suspend or even close a Seller's account without any proof or recourse for the Seller. D24K is abusing the **** system and needs to be held accountable for their false reporting.

Read their response where they are talking about them not selling their products on Amazon and not about addressing our complaint about sending false VERO counterfeit complaints to **** in order to block their retail competition. We strictly prohibit online sales of our product and subsequent misuse of our intellectual property. Maintaining the integrity of our intellectual property rights is completely legal and within the guidelines entitled to a patent and trademark.

      Our listing on **** (************ - NIB - D'OR 24K Prestige MILK CLEANSER Skin Conditioner 4.0fl.oz. / 120ML) does not violate Dor24k intellectual property as we used ALL our own photos and listing content. In other words, we did not use D'or24k's intellectual property, nor reproduced, or marketed their protected intellectual property. Under the First Sale doctrine we are completely within our legal rights to resell ANY product through ANY sales channel we so choose providing we do not use the manufactures protected intellectual property (Photos and/or description) of a product in doing so.

      The first sale doctrine,codified at 17 U.S.C. 109, provides that an individual who knowingly purchases a copy of a copyrighted work from the copyright holder receives the right to sell, display or otherwise dispose of that particular copy,notwithstanding the interests of the copyright owner.

      Every day, millions of consumers make use of the first sale doctrine. This copyright doctrine permits the purchaser of a legal copy of a copyrighted work to treat that copy in any way he or she desires, as long as the copyright owner's exclusive copyright rights are not infringed. This means the copy can be destroyed, sold, given away, or rented.

      With that said, specifically,tell me what in this **** listing are you claiming violates your exclusive intellectual property on a listing that does not use your copyright protected images or content? Reselling a legitimate product does not constitute Counterfeitas you have filed against us with ****.

      Resellers are protected by law (17 U.S.C. 109).

      We used our own photo and only stated the name of the product in the listing; again this DOES NOT VIOLATE your intellectual property. D'or24k does not have the right to stop legal online sales of authentic D'or24k products where no copyright/trademark infringement has been violated.

      Furthermore. we are under no distribution agreement contract with D'or24k that would allow D'or24k to restrict our resale abilities.

      D'or24k needs to retract their knowingly bogus "Counterfeit" claim and stop this improper reporting of "Counterfeit" to **** immediately!!!

      On 4/14/21 @17:29 This store made false claims about the products and their credentials. They said they were licensed medical doctors and they weren't. They charged me $50,000 for a year of ongoing treatment. I ended up paying $214 for a single product the d'or 24k lifting innovation. Everyone is aware of the scam that is going on with these products/approved retailers and this need to be shut down. I want to return this nonsense product and get my money back guaranteed. The store isn't responding. They are at the mall scamming people. It's a lot of them just standing there lying and scamming. They said they were Egyptians and most of their products have all Egyptian ingredients. A lot of scam scam going on. The worst is putting people's health at risk claiming false Credentialing. I want my money back and someone to take ownership of this mess. This company needs to be shut down. I'm a healthcare professional and I'm coming down on u legally. Don't play with lives
