            The check $200 refund is not vaild. cannot be cashed anywhere , I want my moms $200 they owe me and my family . they wont return calls nor emails im forced to file a civil lawsuit on monday for the money owed.

            Terrible experience when TRG took over managing our building. So many issues occurred and were never addressed properly leading to huge safety issues. Car break ins began months before an evening when 14 occurred. Nothing was done at the time of these initial break ins, residents were not warned, and still after temp security has been the only fix implemented. Elevators are always down for kk the at a time often leaving one only and that is dangerously overloaded and insane wait times. Our security fobs for floor specific entry were down for almost 5 months as well. Once again no word or actions from management. This lead to a lot of in authorized entrances and some attempted break ins. As with other reviews TRG did nothing to adjust rents for their numerous failures. They also would not let residents exit their leases who did not and do not feel safe. Reviews online just get a rubber stamp response from the company asking them to contact the building manager to discuss which we have all done to no result or caring.
