      They are responsible as landlords to pay for water and sewer however they didnt pay their water bill and now MULTIPLE units do not have running water therefore making these homes uninhabitable in the state of Florida.

      Good afternoon,

      Our Maintenance team has investigated, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our residents. The water issue occurred only once, yesterday. The automatic payment encountered a bounce, and upon receiving the report, we promptly resolved the matter by making the payment. The water service was reconnected within 12 hours of identifying the issue.

      We hope this helps to clarify this situation.

      I have complained since I moved into my apartment, of a smell, flushing problems with my toilet. They have responded by snaking the pipes five times. On June 25, 2022, there were gurgling noises. I called early in the morning Saturday the plumber called after 6:00, he said he was in *****. I told him Sunday would be fine after 10:00 AM. He arrived around 12:30, I said I would meet him which I did, he worked outside, around 5:00 P M, he said he had to take the toilet out. There ****** found huge roots from a tree BLOCKING ?? MY TOILET. The Snake ?? got stuck in the pipes they said they had to leave around 8:00 PM. The next morning water was flowing ot from the toilet, I cleaned ** the flooded mess 3 times. I was on the phone to Strategic Proberties, then the waters came ** in my Living Room, where all of my Hand Written Journals and books were quickly going under water. I put them in my car. Strategic Proberties said there was absolutely nothing they could do. I had no toilet a flood, I had to find a place to stay. I went to the HI Boca. It was June 27, 2022. I went down to *************** every day, taking pictures, speaking to ****** He showed me the problem, the pipes were filled with ******, that was causing the smell. On July 1, 2022, I spoke again to ******** at Strategic Proberties, begging for answers. I knew I had to pay my rent which I did on July 2, 2022, going to my apartment checking on the progress, they had dug up the front of the yard looking for the CLEANOUT. That same day I got a text that ************************************************************, was closed though the 4th of July. I had to make plans for where I would stay, I took a room for the second and third of July. The prices increase every hour. I got a call, from ****** however it was after the time I could leave without paying. On top of all these issues, I was charged ****** for late fees when I sent everyone in the loop all my receipts. Finally it went to ******. My time is extremely valuable, they had NO.

      The first thing we did was to remove the Late fee charged by the system, then we proceeded to take off $130 dolars off corresponding to 3 days of rent for the days you were out of the unit. As we told youfrom the beginning, in the moment that we receive the hotel receipt we will be able to reinburse you the other part of the money. 

      Please send this receipt as soon as possible to be able to close this issue.

      This business keeps harassing me sending me emails about a rental application that I had started. I’ve sent countless of emails and called. They continue to send them everyday. When I write to [email protected], it comes back as junk e-mail and unresponsive. Apartments247.com website to “unsubscribe” doesn’t exist. I no longer want to receive these emails. This is incredible.
