      This company is telling me I owe them a balance after not receiving my deposit back. The information is incorrect and they won’t remove it from my records . I’ve called reached out and left several messages voicemails email the property management Avery Gordon District ********* and ***** have ignored me and not returned my messages. This has been going on for 3 weeks . I have called every single day. The customer service is horrible. The willingness to respond and resolve this issue is not something they are interested in. I am disappointed as this situation is affecting how I live. I loathe the day i moved into this community and gave any of them my personal information.

      DO NOT WORK WITH THEM OR THEIR PROPERTIES! THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR!
      The management here is the WORST! The District Manager ***** ******** & Manager ******* of ******* THEY'RE RUDE AND ULTIMATELY, THIEVES. ***** ****** IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE AND SHOULD NOT BE A REGIONAL MANAGER FOR ANYONE OR HAVE A JOB WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC! ***** WILL OVERTALK YOU,, YELL,, AND HANG UP IN YOUR FACE WITHOUT LISTENING! After moving in for a little over a month in LaVida Apartments, I had to go to Arizona to check on my sick 😷 Dad. I had been in constant contact with the office, with phone calls and texts, so they knew the situation.I still had another "free month" based on their move in specials, which later turned out to not be worth it. I also paid a high amount to move in and had the jetty option. Well, after being out of town, during the ongoing pandemic, they went into my apartment without any eviction staus, no court order, no notice to me, and stole all of my brand new furniture, including a mounted tv, fur coats, shoes, money which was being saved for my sons, clothes and my children's clothes, beds, and toys. Literally, EVERYTHING!!! PERSONAL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING S.S. CARDS, LIVING ROOM,
      NEW BARSTOOLS, PATIO FURNITURE, KITCHEN and BATHROOM! With no explanation! I called them to notify them, I wasn't sure when I would be able to make it back and I was having movers to place our things in a storage until I came home and that's when I was told, EVERYTHING had been moved out because they didn't know if I was coming back. This WAS NOT FOR THEM TO DETERMINE! THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER MY CALLS AND PROMISED TO SEND INFO ON WHAT TRANSPIRED, I NEVER RECEIVED. Although, I had jetty additionally, which I spoke to and all they had to do was place a claim, (they probably did)they recently had the audacity to place over $7700 on my credit for the 2 "free" months special. THIS WAS NOT JUST AN UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE, THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE THAT STILL LEAVES ME WITH HURT & ANXIETY. KARMA MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE MERCY ON THEIR SOULS. I am seeking legal counsel.

      Dear Ms. ******:

      In response to the review posted on the BBB website, please note that ************ has tried to help resolve the situation that transpired during the time you were a resident at La Vida Apartments. She had spoken to you several times and explained to you that she communicated with you during the process in the same manner she communicated with any residents that had not paid the rent or had a past due balance.

      In addition, she also contacted the credit company you are referring in your e-mail and worked on getting your credit cleared in an effort to help with the situation. At this time, the collection agency, National Credit Systems has cleared the debt and there was nothing reported on your credit from La Vida Apartments. We were also able to obtain a letter from National Credit Systems reflecting that the account was cancelled and the collection company will no longer pursue the recovery of the account along with any derogatory credit listing being removed. This letter was emailed to you on January 11, 2022. We apologize that you feel the way you have expressed in your review, but we feel that we have done all we can do to assist in resolving this matter as best as possible.

      I have not received any letters expressed here. Apologies should be the least of your concerns. There should be a check along with it for all of my belongings and property. Removing it from my credit still doesn't make it right. It was not even the 15th of the month and you had no idea if I was going to pay the rent for 1 month or not.I was out of town, thousands of miles away. It still was up to the courts to decide, NOT Professional Management, which was NOT the process.
