            FPMS has been trying to illegally coerce me out of money. I paid an application fee of 150 dollars to purchase my condo in south beach Florida. That is the legal limit. Ive shown proof multiple times but FPMS has been continuing to harass me over this transfer fee.They claim I owe $150 dollars and refused to set up my account that permits me access to community updates. We are going through a lot of changes and they have excluded me from community updates.They finally agreed to set up my account and I log in and they snuck the $150 into my bills owed, but thats not all, there was another transfer fee for $453. So Im total they have been chasing me for $603 dollars as a part of an application fee that is illegal per Florida Statue Section 718.112(2)(i). The limit is $150.Ive informed their team of this multiple times, yet they continue to harass me for illegal money.This is a company clearly comfortable with fraud and they need to be investigated.

            Since March of 2023, Management needs to be investigated for price gouging new residents. Every time I ask to get assistance, the owner(s) and department leaders keep changing. I was wrongfully overcharged for parking decals and when this issue was brought to the attention of multiple departments, everyone screened me with the hopes that I didn't have proof. I have months of emails starting as a new tenant, that this business has given me nothing but a hard time after admitying their mistake. They refuse to pay me back the money they stole.I met a tenant who lives in the same complex and told me that it did not cost any money for their decal. I ask the company to respect the SIGNED CONTRACT I was approved for. I never thought I would have to fight this hard.Their customer service is terrible, their dedication is misguided. They need to be reevaluated.
