I did an appointment over the phone with Falcon Plumbing and they send a guy to do the job a couple of days later.Upon his arrival, I showed the technician the two things he needed to fix and he said, ok it is $175. I agreed and asked him to go ahead.When he was almost finalizing the job, he said it was $402. I was in shock when he changed the price, I told him that was not what we agreed on at the beginning of the quote. He increased the price of the job and said that if I did not pay the total amount, he was not going to continue and put the thing back on. I told him things did not work that way. Where is the ethics and professionalism on this company?Since I was in a hurry to go to work, I could not leave the repair like unfinished and have not other choice than to pay that amount.I had a witness in the apartment the whole time and he was also surprised.I felt robbed; I used this companys services because it was recommended by the building. I really would not like this to happen to anybody else. Below you can see circled in yellow the things that needed to be fixed. Also, in hand writing the work that needed to be done by the technician that he also read when he arrived and then he quoted. Then the invoice #****. I need the reimbursement of the difference paid.
