I cancel in **** was told 5/7 business and I have never received my refund today is September and 28th almost 4 months later 2 stop checks later nuthin sending out another check I doubt I receive what can I do about getting my fund I even was willing to pay for my check to be over nighted to me was told its no option? I want my fund and they doing a lot of lying !! What can I do about this it dont take a year to get money back.

They rip off people! Be careful, I am waiting over 2 months to get my refund back and they don't answer my emails and when I call them they just say that the office is closed. Last step I will do is to get in contact with a lawyer. I want my money back.

Please be careful when it comes to giving these people your money, I initially wasnt going to Mac but my surgeon transferred over from ****** which I didnt agree on a different center so I then requested a refund on June 6th in which they said it would take up to 30 days for processing, called in July and was told they sent a check out july 14th and it would take ***** days to arrive . After my 15 day **** I call because Im wondering where my check is , Im then told they had to mail another check out on july 28th because the checks they sent to patients did not clear , I still havent received the first check and if it was sent why hasnt been received in my mail even if the check would so call bounce if u try to cash it . Miami aesthetics will not allow me to speak to anyone but a rude customer service representatives that keeps saying she doesnt know because she doesnt work with the refund department Ive tried reaching out through email & calling and no one can give me an correct answer with what is going on with my refund . They need not only to be shut down permanently but they need to be reported for fraud! I regret even initiating the surgery even though it wasnt originally with them . I have not been pleased by their service at all !!!!

Be very careful with this surgery center called Miami Aesthetic Center. This company is registered under ************************ **************************************************************** *********************** was the refunds coordinator for the now defunct ********************* CENTER. ********************* is the original owner of that company and keeps opening new plastic surgery centers under new registered agent names. This company Miami Aesthetic Center and ********************* CENTER are running the exact same scams. ********************* has 8 deaths reported, numerous ****** reviews of no refunds and canceled surgeries. The Attorney General is involved with them but seems to take years to close them down. They are taking people's money offering cheap surgeries and freebies but when it comes to the surgery they will claim that they never received your money or reschedule or offer a refund but you have to pay $750 to ************* and to Miami Aesthetic Center it is $1000. The other scam is the day of your surgery you have to pay a "cell saver" (machine to clean blood) of $500 for ************* with no notice until you're about to go in for surgery or they cancel your surgery. That's the exact same scam run by ********************* center. The original owner of JOLE PLASTIC is ********************* with his lawyer wife ***************************** OF ******************** OFFICES. They keep opening up new surgery centers under different names as the registered agents in Sunbiz.org. The names they have used in the past are ***************************, ******************* **** ********************************* ****************************** ********, ***************************, *********************, *******************************, *********************** (refunds coordinator of *********************). On Sunbiz.org ********************* has 18 different business registered including ***************, **** BC Surgical Center, Vanity Cosmetic Center. He is also affiliated with Miami Aesthetic Center and *********************. ********************* had a refund coordinator called *********************** whose real job was to give you the

This center shared medical information with at least 2 other clinics that I had NO IDEA they were associated with. The surgery coordinators kept switching. They sent me an email where they called me by the wrong name in rescheduling for surgery. They were so unprofessional and rude. I drove down to the facility and it has been shut down. It was impossible to coordinate the surgery or rides. Furthermore, it felt so unsafe when I was sent to two other facilities (one of which has had deaths for performing surgery in ways that are illegal in Florida).
