      I paid ***** towards getting a breast augmentation done on March 7th an needed to cancel my appointment. I emailed the accounting department of CG Cosmetics feburary 19th about wanting a refund an still havent gotten it .Although the contract states Im entitled to it .

      Hello,My name is ****************, and I reside in **********************************************************************************************. On July 22, 2024 I went for a pre-op appointment to CG Cosmetics ***************************************, their website is www.cgcosmetic.com. My consultant was **************** She is who I spoke to throughout the whole ordeal and to her manager *****. She collected $14,000 from me by phone then in person $2500 to get a Pet Lift, ******** plasma in the jawline, ******** plasma in the back, arms, ***************** On July 22 my pre-op was done and a confirmed surgery date of July 23, 2024 was scheduled. Tuesday morning, the prep staff completely prepared me for surgery. I sat in the room for a while, then the anesthesiologist came in and questioned me regarding my past health. He left then my doctor, *************************, came in and asked me if the anesthesiologist had told me there were concerns regarding anesthesia. I told ****************** that the anesthesiologist had not said anything, only asked questions. He turned around and asked the anesthesiologist if he had said anything to me? The response was, "No, I haven't given her the final decision." Eventually, the anesthesiologist came in and said he would not be doing the surgery. ****************** was completely shocked, but agreed with the other doctor. ****************** suggested I still get the Pet lift with the ******** plasma, though I was upset at the surprise, I still agreed because I had already paid for the flight, hotel and my caretaker's flight as well. Later, a lady returned telling me to sign a paper for my refund, and I did so. Since July 24th, 2024, I've been either sending emails, calls and texts to the accounting office and the consultant ******. The accounting office has not responded and ****** either doesn't respond or when she does she says, "I'll see what's happening." But, doesn't call or text with any updates.

      I engaged a loan company recommended by CG Cosmetics to secure a $1,000 non-refundable deposit, which was paid directly to CG Cosmetics upon approval. The remaining balance of the loan was also disbursed to CG Cosmetics. According to the written contract between myself and CG Cosmetics, I was entitled to cancel the scheduled surgery up to 30 days prior and receive an refund, within 21 working days, excluding the non-refundable deposit. My surgery was scheduled for April 13, 2023.On March 16, 2023 I duly canceled the procedure in accordance with the contract and the company's stated policy. However, CG Cosmetics delayed the return of the remaining balance for approximately five months. Despite numerous email exchanges, their responses were consistently evasive, and the reasons provided for withholding the funds appeared to lack credibility. I was notified that a refund payment was done on August 17 2023.By failing to promptly return the funds as stipulated in the contract, CG Cosmetics has breached their own policy and the terms of our agreement. Therefore, I formally request the immediate return of the remaining $1,000, along with any accrued fees, as CG Cosmetics has violated the terms of the contract and the associated policies no longer apply.

      I put a deposit down on CG cosmetics back in March for a breast augmentation replacement. I later found out on ********* yelp, and BBB that this place is no good, I regret giving this place my money and it was $1,000.00 I wish i would looked harder into this place and did my research of botched surgeries and people not happy, There are so many bad reviews on this place and I wish that it would shut down, It makes me angry that I can't get my money back and they love to say well you signed the contract and to keep people's money. Recently someone died at their office.. I really wish I could get my money back because I need it for another surgeon. With all the BBB reviews and how bad this place is how are they not? I heard drs dont even perform surgeries and that the nurses do, there is a ************** about them. This place needs to be shut down

      I was scheduled surgery at cg cosmetic in march I was unable to have the surgery because of my blood work my iron was low. So I emailed accounting so get my refund and they told it it would be processed within 30 business days after that I have emailed them every month since and still getting the run around still no refund. I will be getting a lawyer if this is not settled. Ive been patient with them I have sent over a dozen of women to them because I had a mommy makeover back in 2018 but this is not how you do business its very unprofessional I have been waiting 4 months for a refund I have uploaded my receipt all the emails they have responded with and my contract

      On 04/08/2024 I went to CG cosmetic for my pre op appointment and while I was there, I was asked to pay an additional $******* due to not having access to the bank account I paid my original payment from. I paid them and the lady told me that I would get my refund as soon as I sent them the bank statement showing I paid that amount. I sent that information to them in May, they said it would be 30 days before I would get my refund. I asked them after 30 days and they said another 10 to 15 days. Today I sent them a message and they tell me that the money I paid that day was for changes to my surgery. The changes to my surgery happened the day after I paid them the 1000 dollars. The day I paid the money it was for not having the bank info and now that it is time to pay me back, they are saying I owed more for my surgery. Up until yesterday that was not the reason it was taking so long to get my money back. They kept saying my refund was processing. I am now thinking that was an automated response, and they were never actually going to refund me. They have more reviews on their website about not refunding people's money. I paid them ***** for my surgery, I paid an additional 1000 on my pre op day for a total of ******. I am requesting ******* back.

      On 11/30/2023 I put a deposit of $3600 to set up a date for my surgery (that date was around 6/27/24). Due to personal reasons I had to cancel. I canceled on 3/15/24 and was told to wait 30 business days for the refund to process. After that time went on and there was no refund to my alpheon credit account I reached back out. On 4/29/24 I was told that there was "technical difficulties" when processing the refund and they are looking into it. This was obviously absurd, I work with ACH and refunds in my business and there is no reason for this process to take so long even if there was "technical difficulties". On 5/22/24 they finally got back to me again apologizing with no further conclusion. On 6/11/24 they told me they expected this would be finalized in 7-10 business days. It is now 7/8/24 and nothing has been done and I have had no further response to them. Also they tell you to email the "supervisor" if you are unhappy and they never respond either. There is no phone number to talk to an actual person.

      Date: 05.06.2024 *** clinic charged me twice for my surgery. Instead of $4500, I paid $9000. ***y promised a refund within 30 business days. Despite my repeated attempts, it has now been two months since I initiated my request for the return of a double payment, and despite sending fifteen emails, I have yet to receive the reimbursement owed to me. This delay is unacceptable and indicates a lack of attentiveness to this matter. It is ludicrous that even after fifteen emails, clinic continues to postpone the payment with embarrassing emails claiming that the money will be refunded at the end of this week or the beginning of the next, only to repeat this cycle again and again.

      The absent payer is my husband. He paid for my surgery with his card a few days earlier. He couldn't be with me on the day of the surgery, so I paid again in cash. You promised to return the money within 30 working days. I'm asking again, when will you return the money to my husband's card?

      I was planning to have cosmetic surgery with CG Cosmetics and they asked me to apply for a credit card in August 2023 in order to lock a surgery day. I was supposed to have surgery on April 16, 2024 but sent a request to cancel my surgery on March 20, 2024. They replied the same day with the following:Thank you for reaching out . This is a confirmation that your request for a refund has been received.Please allow us up to 30 business days to process your refund and remember that a thousand dollars is a non refundable fee based on the company's reimbursement and cancellation policy .Your request will be reviewed and processed accordingly , because every patient case is different. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method .----------April 5th follow up response: Your refund goes to the finance company Alphaeon in the amount of $8,000 because $1,000 is a non refundable fee for cancellation.The reimbursement process could take up to 30 business days.April 23rd follow up response: Usually it takes 30 business days , but sometimes it takes longer than expected as of now, due to the fact that we were having technical difficulties which is the main reason for the long delay. Our apologies for not getting your refund done on the agreed date, but we assure you that you will be reimbursed and we are working to make it happen as soon as possible.April 29th follow up response: We estimate ***** business days at least.May 15th response: We apologize for not delivering your refund within the time period we communicated. While there were factors beyond our control (technical difficulties, no longer work with certain merchant companies). June 18th follow up response: We estimate to get it done in 7-10 business days.I'm still waiting for my refund and nothing has happened. Someone has to investigate them ASAP. This is very unethical and quite concerning. I don't want to damage my credit so I'm making my monthly payments. HELP!

      I paid $7,000 in this Clinic CG cosmetics in **************for a Breast surgery I ended up the worst nightmare ever since my follow *** the nurses left stitches those stitches left me with a big wound that didnt wanted to close for more than 6 weeks after that I was traveling to ****************** there I have to search for a Doctor to remove more stitches my Right Breast started to hurt and I was sending pictures and messages by email, Tex, instagram and they keep saying that that was ok .. I been trying with this people for more than 2 years to fix my problem.. three weeks ago my right Breast started to turn red and itching it was filling that something needs to come out.. I immediately sent them a picture they told me that that was more stitches after two years.. I asked the person that was talking to me by email that I needed to see the doctor **** whe I when to see the Doctor he clearly said that yes it was a problem and that he needs to fix it.. I asked them to made me a appointment so I could get this problem resolved they made me wait for 5 days for a supposed supervisor to contact me.. they never answered me call instead they send me a text message with a cost of my surgery of $6,000 .. i need them to fix my problem with out a cost for me ..!! I seem that BBB has several complaints about this place .. please help us

      I am rejecting this response because: for months I have been trying for them to fixed what it was a malpractice from the follow up appointments the nurses dint do what was their responsibility..it has been two years of my self communicating with them through many different waysI went to see *********** at CG cosmetics meet with the Dr in person and he started that is I  had a problem with my right breast. Dr stated that **** to be fixed. The problem is CG and Dr want to get additional payment between $3,500 & $6,000 after I paid them$7,000 plus for the surgery. I know that it may be a cost but not the amount that they are asking.. at this point Im more concerned about my health than the look of my Breast..! They have a numerical complyings in different websites, ******* Real self .. please help me to get my life back..
