    Placed an order online. Money was taken out of my account for the order but i have not received any further communication OR the order itself. I emailed with no response AND there is no number to contact.

    This is the customer's 8th order with us. The first 7 orders shipped and delivered without any issues. The 8th order shows shipped on our end but could've been a mistake as well. Obviously the first seven orders prove that we were not trying to scam this client in any way. Could've been an electronic error on our part. We will check into this and resolve it.

    I ordered these items a month ago emailed several times no response from anybody this is bad business Ive used them multiple times never had this problem ever

    Ordered a T-shirt January 4 for $30 emailed them 10 days later to let them know it doesnt say shipped and I havent received it then my message was blocked would like a refund dont like getting robbed. ORDER #*********BC

    Placed an order with this company paid for expedited shipping as well to never receiving the merchandise I reached out to their customer service and no respond I emailed them again to be blocked and never received anything from them besides the initial email letting me know that I had placed an order and nothing else made attempts to reach to the company to never being answered

    I placed my order on December 9th. Order #ORDER #*********BC. I received confirmation back that the order was placed. I reached out via Chat on the 15th and was told that it was awaiting fulfillment. No other details were provided. According to the website "All orders are dispatched within ***** hours from our warehouse after receiving the order." Right off the bat now we are well past the ***** hour ***** I e-mailed the company TWICE from directly the website under "about us" -According to their site this is what is stated when sending out an e-mail: "We will reply in a timely manner of 1-3 business days."STILL No response back on what's going on with the order. I then e-mailed them from my actual yahoo account to this e-mail address ************************ on the 21st stating I want to cancel my order due to getting no feedback about the order and the FALSE ADVERTISING about orders dispatching within ***** hours after an order has been received. This is exactly what I sent " Hi,Ive messaged your company now twice and getting no where via chat on whats really going on with this order that was placed on December 9th. Its going on 2 weeks. No courtesy of any hold up. I dont want the product anymore. Your site stated orders placed will got out up to 48 hours later. I know its the holidays but maybe that should be stated on the site due to holidays delays will be another X days. Whats being advertised on the site is false advertising. I would like to cancel and receive a refund since there is no movement with this order. Please confirm back. Thank you.I followed up again to the same e-mail on the 27th. STILL NO RESPONSE.I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ORDER & RECEIVE REFUND!!!!! Horrible Business Practice from a business stating they have been around for 12 years. No communication about a customers order. Paying hard earn money as well. Give me back my Money!

    I've tried several times via chat to see what's going on and to cancel the order and still getting no response back. I found a phone number and tried to call a few times but no one picks up. I want this order cancelled. Clearly the order is not being worked on since no one at the company can respond back to any messages. I need a refund. What is the status of this?

    Thanks for reaching out. Yes this was one of the orders that got affected by a terrible shipment confusion from out manufacturer, leaving us with the wrong sizes to ship for the holiday months. We've shipped many of the delayed orders. We would have to check if there is a dispute on this or not. Any further questions please contact us.

    I would like to know why it took over a month to respond back??

    This is not acceptable and I do not want the order anymore. An issue on their end is not my concern anymore. It should have been addressed several weeks ago when the first, second, third, etc reach out was sent. I want the order cancelled and refunded. Not my problem from the manufacturer. If they had addressed this after several attempts then maybe I would be okay with waiting but I'm not. I do not want the order and do not want any part of their business. As a business that has been around for several years it's unprofessional to not respond back to e-mails asking what is going on. I work with apparel suppliers on a daily basis and if there are any issues in regards to shipping, defects in printing/sizing there is a clear communication between the supplier and customer. I have documentation of so many attempts to get an answer and it's crickets on their end. Please have the order cancelled and refunded back. Thank you

    I'm adding my attempts with no responses back. I also added a snap directly from their website where it states you can message them and you will get a response back in a timely manner between 1-3 business days. I used that messaging site 2 times and never once received a response back. I'm adding all of this in case they are claiming there has been no attempt on my end to figure out what's going on with my order. I want this order cancelled and refunded.

    I placed my order on 10/06/23. Order # *********BC I payed ***** in total. They charged me ***** for priority 3-4 day shipping. Never received a a working tracking number. A dummy email response from their customer service with a fake tracking number

    Placed order on 07/15/23 in the amount of $30.60 and after about a week or two I decided to reach out for tracking information but no responsestarted to file a claim with my bank on 08/01/23 but backed out because I finally received an email from Bird Club Clothing ** stating they will look into the matterwell here we are on 08/11/23 and I have yet to receive any information on anythingwent to the website to chat with the online help center and as soon as I ask for my money back they stop talking. I have attached proof of purchase and total amount.
