  Their '$997 per year' promotion turned out to be a scam. They took my money but never delivered the medication. I've asked for a refund multiple times, but they just keep making excuses.

  I want to address your concerns and provide clarity regarding your refund. As I mentioned previously, our system does not allow refunds after six months. However, to resolve this situation, I requested your address so we could send your refund via check. I also let you know yesterday that your refund is being processed and will be mailed to you shortly.
  

  I sincerely apologize that you did not receive your medication. After investigating, we discovered there was a mix-up at the pharmacy, and your prescription was placed on hold there. Unfortunately, we were unaware of this until you informed us, which happened more than six months after your prescription was issued.
  

  When you let us know about the issue, we offered to send the medication to you immediately. However, when you expressed a preference for a refund, we agreed and initiated the process to send your refund by check. 
  

  Please know that we have hundreds of patients who paid the $997 and are successfully receiving their medication monthly, with many choosing to extend their plans for another year or two so it's definitely not a scam.

  You will be receiving your refund by check very soon.

  On the 4th month now of them taking the $49 monthly fee. Have emailed them several times to no avail. I just want my money back and at this point itll never happen. Dont use them, period!

  took almost $400 for a refill from me- Now its over a month later, Ive never received the medication. They refused to respond to my request to speak to anybody nobody will answer my messages not even the doctor.

  Fraudulent and sketchy practices!In April used a Groupon and had to pay an additional $248.99 for the 2nd month which gave them my credit card information. Even though I did NOT request a refill nor did I receive one. I was automatically billed for the months of ***, June and July in the amount of $248.99 each month. I sent a message to support regarding this and was only refunded for July and my account was deactivated. I quickly replied back to their emails (refund email, billing email and deactivation email) as well as to support contact on website pointing out the fact that I had not been fully refunded for *** and June. All I received was a bounce back email. As of the time of my writing I have not received a response or a refund for the months of *** and June ($497.98).

  The worst company. Will not respond to me when I contact them. Charged me 2 monthly fees at $49 each after I said cancel. This place is a scam! No phone number to get ahold of anyone either.

  Scam!!! The "medication" vial they sent was empty. Emailed dozens of times with no answer. Tried to have Groupon handle the situation and they even failed miserably. Groupon still allows them on their site!! DO NOT BUT FROM GROUPON OR WEIGHTRX!!!

  If I could give a negative number I would. They took my money and never sent the medicine. I have contacted customer service over 20 times and no one gets back to me. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!!!!!

  I wish there was a negative star option. The medication that I ever received has been the only good thing about this. This company is terrible. They charge extra when I had a Groupon code. Ive been trying for a couple weeks now to get a hold of somebody through this company and, I only received the automated reply. No one is responding back or trying to contact me about anything. *** tried multiple emails to let them know to not charge me again and how I can get a refund, *** asked to try and cancel my account as well. Theres no phone number on file and no actual address to try and send anything or get any contact information from them. The only time I have gotten a response was for the one time I asked for a refill because they charged me without letting me know. And then turned around and charge me again for the same refill.

  I apologize for your delay that you experienced. The hurricane that hit ******* during the time of your order caused extensive damage and we were without electricity for over a week.  We were unable to work at our usual speed to get issues taken care of. This also affected one of our pharmacies.  We all worked as hard as we could as we recovered from the hurriicane to catch up and I apologize that this interruption due to the hurricane caused any issues for you.

  I have reviewed your account and I found that we did cancel your subscription and refunded the payment that came in during this time.I apologize again that the hurricane slowed down our responses to you.
