If I could give them 0 starts I could. My father in law went and they told him they were selling him a Camry 2017 for $15K and at the end they charged so many fees it ended up being $26K. They didnt tell him anything about the fees they were charging him and interest, also the time hes going to be paying the car (72months), it is obvious they saw an old man by himself buying a car and they took advantage of it, unfortunately my father in law (76 yold) didnt know what to ask or do and they knew that. Please save yourself a huge ****, and dont go to this place.Review from Christopher P

I began to finance a Honda Civic Sport 2020 on October 4th, 2022. Everything seemed fine until the next day of purchase when I began to see ants crawl from the interior and exterior of my vehicle. At first I began to contact my sales rep ******************************* notified him, notified the service **** ********************* about the issue and *********************, basically til this day I am still going back forth with them on the issue as the issue hasnt been resolved. Ive made several complaints with Honda Corporate. I am still hashing these details out. I also noticed that this car has had a possible pushback on the odometer as the car fax reports almost ***** miles more than the actual odometer reading on the car. Also since I reported them I had my fog lights disconnected and thrown garbage into my a/c blower motor and have since been finding mechanical problems with my car since I brought it into service such as a lot of static in my stereo, chips on my rims, noises coming from the steering wheel. Since I brought these issue to their attention and began making complaints about the issues my car all of sudden has problems that they didnt previously have. I am still investigating and getting to the heart of the issue. I am still awaiting to speak to GM ************************* and GM Yedel to help me sort the ongoing issues with my car to hold the right people accountable.Customer Response

I had leased a GMC Terrain in 2017 and my lease was going to expire in August 2021. The dealership sent me a series of letters telling me to trade in my lease for another new car. On May 14, 2021, I went to the Brickell Motor dealership to ask for information about the trade-in. The seller ******* ********** informed me that I had exceeded my mile limit and suggested that I buy or lease a new car. By doing so I could avoid any extra payments for the extra miles on the GMC. Honestly, I did not want to turn in the GMC and would have rather buy it, but he told me it was not worth it and that no bank would help me to finance it. The seller was behaving rudely because I was going to leave and come back in August when the lease was supposed to end. He started talking to my husband and telling him that if I moved the car from the parking lot I was adding more miles to the car and was going to end up losing and paying more money. He did a run on my credit report and gave me an offer on a car that I had not chosen. The car was a Buick Encore 2021 and he informed me that it was the only car that I qualified for. I ended up trading the GMC for the Buick, which was much smaller than the Terrain. I left the dealer thinking that I had gotten the best deal that I could get, considering what he had told me, but I was mistaken.
Two weeks passed and my husband and I called the dealership asking how we can open an account on GMFinanial and start making payments for the new car. The first time they told us to not worry about it and that we would receive a welcome call and letter from GMFinancial, which was the same bank that helped finance the Terrain. Days passed and we kept waiting for them to call us. Until one day we finally receive a call from GMFinancial asking us for the payment on the Terrain, the original car that I had which I had traded in for this new one. To my surprise, GMFinancial did not have anything in their system informing them about the trade-in that I made in Brickell Motor. I was essentially driving a car that was not in my name. My husband and I made several calls to the dealership trying to get in contact with the seller (Carlos Hernandez) and the financial analyst ( ****** ********* but no one answered. When they did answer they would tell us that they would call us back but never would. On June 20 ( a little more than a month later after getting the new car) I received a text asking me to complete a survey regarding the service with Brickell Motors. I answered the survey truthfully and based on my experience with them, which up to this point was not the best. Less than 30mins later after completing the survey, ****** called my husband demanding that we go to the dealership the very next day and return the car. I also spoke to ****** and was asking why the sudden decision and if he would return the GMC to me since it was apparently still in my name. He sounded agitated over the phone and told me that we were going to speak the next day because I had involved him in something that he had nothing to do with. He said that he had been covering for another finance analyst that was sick, which we never met or saw.
At this point, I no longer wanted the car and did not like the situation that I was in. I asked him where the other car was ( the GMC Terrain ) because I had a right to that car till August 2021 and was technically still in my name. He answered that the car was already in an auction. Basically, they left me without a car. They took both the Buick and the GMC and told me that I had not been approved by any bank to help finance the new car. Had it not been for the survey I would have never known that I had not been approved by a bank. I still do not know if this is true, but I do know that my credit score is dropping. Its been almost 2 months and I keep calling GMFinacial to know what is the status of the Terrain but the collection department in GMFinacial tells me that they opened an investigation because the people at Brickell Motors do not want to take responsibility for what they did. Carlos and ****** do not answer their phones. Conclusion: be careful with these people.Brickell Motors, LLC Response

On the 14th of May 2021, ****** ******** came in with her husband to switch out her lease. She was over miles in excess of $5,000 and still had several months left. ****** (sales manager) and ****** (salesperson) were trying to assist her with a vehicle that would absorb the negative equity. The application was sent to the bank by the Sales Manager, and, since she was a current GM Financial client, the sales manager delivered the car to her pending the approval. Also, due to a concern for debt to income ratio, the team requested her proof of income up front, however, the customer stated the she works for the State of Florida and could only get it from her desk at work.
The following day GM Financial declined her new loan due to being derogatory in payments with them. The finance manager tried for several days to accomplish an exception but was unsuccessful. The application was then submitted to CapitalOne Auto Finance and received an approval with proof of income as stated on the customer application. However, several days passed before the finance manager was able to receive proof of income from the customer; unfortunately the proof of income was less than what the customer stated on her credit application. Throughout the entire process, our team was in contact with the husband and they attempted to get another bank to buy the loan, however, with the derog credit no lender would approve the deal on that car with the provable income. Unfortunately due to the unforeseen issues with the loan and the proof of income not matching what was stated by the customer, the timeline dragged on further than we normal and the trade-in was sold at auction with no possibility to reverse the sale. The day the client came I attempted to speak to them about getting into a vehicle that a lender would approve, however, Mrs. Torralba was very upset and very vocal, to the point of berating our finance manager. She proceeded to grab the papers from the fiancé manager's hand and left the dealership basically yelling in anger..
After interviewing every employee that worked on this for the customer, there is no evidence of any impropriety or coercion to force the customer to do anything, and, that accusation is simply not true. The customer was in a poor equity position with the current car and owed $5,000 more than the car was worth. As a result of our company selling her trade beforehand, we assumed that loss completely and the customer received the benefit of driving those extra miles at no charge to her.So in the end, our Company has absorbed that loss and recognize our error, while at the same time not making an issue of the misrepresentation by the customer of her income on the application for credit and the effect it had on this situation.
We are disappointed by this situation for all involved and we have addressed each of our employees on how we could have avoided these pitfalls, and, insure that they are not repeat them going forward!
Thank you for your time in this matter and please let me know how else I may assist.
