      El da 7 de dic 2022 adquir una Camioneta Yukon XL 2023 y me vi precisado aplicar a ***********************, paralelo a esto, Encontr inconsistencias en mi contrato. Me dirig a ***** en este caso personalmente **************************** General Manager BUICK ********* y le manifest la inconformidad la primera de ellos con que mi camioneta aparece en los papeles que el mismo Dealer me entreg comprado en el mes de Noviembre del 2022 a nombre de otra persona, Ellos en la persona del Manager General en este caso alega q puede haber sido un error y me surge la pregunta y la inquietud y la no credibilidad a un contrato formal *********, legtimo. Tengo Yo q hacerme cargo de los errores del Dealer? Es una unidad de 94 mil usd y veo en el contrato que me la venden nueva al mes siguiente y en los papeles que me entrega el rea de servicio hay servicios anteriores, porque? .2 en el contrato q me entrega el financista con quien hice el negocio debe aparecer si la misma es Nueva o usada y colocan una letra S en su lugar Tb me hace dudar, palabras textuales del financista me dice q no me preocupe q esto ha sucedido ya en varias oportunidades q es un error del sistema. Pregunta porque colocar una letra S cuando el contrato exige que se coloque si es nueva o usada?Necesito revisar e investigar el contrato.El Manager de servicio me dice esto con relacin al primer tema y me dice que en el segundo no me puede ayudar porque una Letra S sustituye a q debe decir nueva ?Porque los errores del sistema deben ser asumidos por los clientes.Deseo encontrar respuestas claras, concisas y con argumentos.Deseo reparar el dao moral pues mi credibilidad c Ellos hoy con todo esto es nula Exijo la correspondiente disculpas del caso Y por ltimo el dao ocasionado de q manera lo van a resarcir?Muchas Gracias Anexo fotos como evidencias claras de estos dos aspectos que le acabo de relatar en mi queja contra el Dealer.Sin mas ********************************************

      July 14, 2023 - The dealership advertised a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Ultimate VIN *****************. The vehicle is listed with ***** miles. They listed every option in the description to include all of the options and dealer-installed options that appear on the window sticker for this VIN. I negotiated a purchase price of $103,500 with the New Car Sale Manager, *************************. Come to find out, they never installed most of the dealer-installed options that appear in their description at all, to the tune of $3,550 worth of missing items. When I brought this to ******'s attention, he said, "Sorry pal, this vehicle is as-is." I said, "******, you can't advertise this vehicle using a window sticker and description that includes all of these items, let me negotiate a price with you based on that information, then tell me that that's too bad for me, the vehicle is sold as-is. That's beyond deceptive." He said, "That vehicle is sold as-is." This is a classic bait and switch - any reputable business would either install the items the customer thought they were buying, or renegotiate the price based on the $3,550 worth of missing parts.

      I bought a used car on Feb 3rd 2023. My primary issue is that it has been over a month and I have not received copies of all signed purchase paperwork, nor the extended warranty I purchased. I have not received my registration/permanent tags yet and the temps expire soon. I was also told that instead of waiting for my money to transfer from savings to checking, that I should pay with my credit card and the credit card fee will be reversed but it never was. I have tried emailing at least 5 times in the past month and a half asking for my copies of paper work. I have showed up in person twice, tried to make appointments and call but keep getting ignored. Several lights have come on on the dashboard and I can't tend to the car because I don't have info about the warranty and I don't have copies of my purchase paperwork.

      As I consumed all available venues, and the Brickell Motors did not address my rightful refund request, I am documenting this inquiry. As I have requested a cancellation to my extended warranty filling out the cancellation form on September 29th 2022 for my recently purchased car from the Brickell Motors- And, additionally accepting fast-track cancellation (paid $75 additional payment) Yet, I have been given incorrect information about my refund of $2413 and did not receive any refund for my cancellation. (The Accounting Clerk of Brickell Motors told me, my check is ready couple weeks ago and when I check with the lender- they confirmed no refund was ever received.. I have left numerous voice messages, wrote tens of emails and received either vague or no response. Please help.

      I bought a car in august in 09/22 I start getting bills from sun pass when i call i realized that they gave someone else a place under my name. and the place that my car has was not register under any one name. they told me they will takes care the bills from sun pass since was a mistake they made. they haven't paid those bills an getting new bills from that plate under my name that another person car is driving.

      I began to finance a Honda Civic Sport 2020 on Oct. 4th with Brickell HondaI had made a trade in for a Honda Civic LX 2019. a day later I find that the car was heavily infested with Ants on the interior and exterior of the vehicle, as well as had a few defects with the A/c compressor which made loud noises. I also brought the car to them for service on 3 occasions where they lied about the maintenance done to the car with regards to the ants. When I began to complain about their service they began to slowly swap out my car parts as when I first received the car everything seem to be find. Little by little when I began to bring the car in for service notice the A/C compressor began to make noises, my car rims and tire began to be chipped and I started to notice they were not being honest or had any integrity in their work. I complained to the ** and noticed they did not want to help me as well. I made a corporate concern to see if American Honda corporate can help me sort my issues with the dealer once and for all and have not had response from Corporate nor from Brickell Honda with regards to my claims. I would like the BBB to help sort out my case as my next steps moving forward are to file a lawsuit against Brickell Honda.

      I went to get my oil changed and tired rotated on 10/31. I left upon the work was done. That same night I noticed one of my tires was very low on air and when I went to get air at the gas station I noticed my valves were not put back on. I called the service center and was bounced around on the phone that day and the next. I resorted to sending an email explaining the situation. The day the service was completed nothing was reported as being wrong with any of my tires. So I don't know what they did but my front left tire was been flat, I have put air in it several times but by the end of the day its flat again. I am asking the they replace my tire and all 4 valves.

      not sure what happen to the tire, but in a show of good faith we will ***** the customer's request and repair or replace the tire that is losing air and also put new valve caps on all the tires at no cost to her.

      Purchased my 2023 Mazda CX-50 on September 19, 2022 and though I had a trade I asked one of my 2 salesman ****** how long it would take them to pay it off and after conferring and returning from the finance office he said ***** days. So after thinking it over, I returned the next day to purchase the *** and though ****** was not present, **** said he would help me. I made sure to remind him that I wanted ****** to get his commission and he said that would be worked out internally.Problems started as soon as I arrived to the finance office as everything is a very rushed process and not sure why until later. So ******* in finance and another woman with blonde hair were very rushed in trying to get me to sign and initial documents. They did not verbally disclose the interest rate was 7.9% for 84 months and I was shocked since my credit score was very good at 750. Only when I balked did they then change me to 4.9% for 5 years. So after getting everything signed and going home that's when more gray flags started popping up.1) After getting home I noticed that I paid $175 for black lug nuts and locks which are not on or in my vehicle. A call to **** yielded the same response over and over that he would mail them as soon as they arrived but were back ordered. It's now been six (6) weeks and I still do not have any confirmation on when they are being sent to me.2) After waiting 20 days I texted ******* in the Brickell Mazda finance office because my trade had not been paid off. Only after several days did she text on October 18 "I looked at the deal it shows everything has been paid off and completed." Problem is that it wasn't paid off until a day before Halloween, which in effect put a bad credit **** because Brickell Mazda whose parent company the ************************, paid it late.3) There is also a $399 charge for TWS ETCH and repeated texts are not being returned to find out what and where is the etching & do not see any on glass I want a refund of $574 + tax

      October 7th 2022 I went into the dealership and spoke to ****** the Sales manager about a Honda Civic Hatchback that was in transit, I ask what colors are available, he had to walk away and find out, he told me the colors and we went outside to see a color I and he told me a silver one. I said I want silver. He look at the various trim levels for the Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring. The website shows various Honda Civic Hatchbacks in transit. But only two was available. I ask about having the *** Tailgate Spoiler installed on the vehicle. The next step was to run the credit check and apply for the loan. I did with the Finance manager *****. I discussed the Honda Civic Hatchback with him and ask about the *** Tailgate Spoiler for it but I had to wait for everything to go through first. Hatchback for me is for a purpose of putting my equipment in the car, i cannot do that with a regular sedan trunk. He did not want to give a copy of the contract neither because part of the downpayment was collected, the other part being $1,000 was for when I pickup delivery of the vehicle. The texts I had with the financial manager ***** shows me talking about the Tailgate spoiler wing that i wanted on the car as well as the Seat back protector, and cargo tray. He never did get back to me with the parts department which he said he would. I had notify the bank about this issue. I will not take delivery of a vehicle.

      I leased a 2022 Honda CR-V from Brickell Motors on 8/31/2022. The lease that I agreed to and executed, which I also received a copy stated the terms of the 36 month lease are for ****** miles a year. However, I just received the monthly statement from Honda ********* Services (lessor) and it states ****** miles per year. When I went to pick up my license plate from the dealership yesterday (9/20/22), I mentioned it to the salesman who told me not to worry that my contract is my contract. Still the discrepancy had me feeling uneasy so I called the lessor Honda ********* Services today (9/21). I was told that the lease agreement that I signed and they have on file states ****** miles. This type of fraud commited by the dealership is concerning- how can the lessor have a different contract than the one I signed and have a copy of? Honda ********* Services told me that I have to rectify this issue with the dealership. I have called today (9/21) and left messages for a manager and the financial department and have yet to hear back. Considering what I have experienced with my lease to date, I am concerned this business commits fraud and without external intervention I am doubtful that they will do much to rectify the situation.
