      I hired packing service *** to assist in moving and palletizing from ** to **. ****, the owner of Packing Service **** was unable to facilitate the move. I pre paid him $9055 for palletizing and moving service. The movers did not show up when he was hired to have them. **** acknowledges he has my money and has been soliciting me to send him an additional wire transfer for services so he will then refund the money he already received and deposited. I am requesting a refund for $6785 for the move that we paid for but did not receive service for.

      On Wed, Jul 19, 2023 we provided a flat rate quote to ******************************* to send our team to her location and palletize 3 items and provide her a truck and a driver for her to load her items with the 3 pallets and her team will unload at destination. She called the same day to book to get the job done on Friday, Jul 21, 2023 to be there around ****am CA time (to get it done 2 days after getting the quote), on Thursday she called to add another item to get palletized and we agreed to accommodate her request and get it done ALL LAST MINUTE, on Thursday we confirmed the palletizing team and truck driver to arrive on Friday around ****am, when we emailed her on Thursday to confirm, we also told her that we have set up THREE different teams of trucks and drivers for her to load their items beside of the palletizing team to be there first to palletize and prepare, before booking this job her boss asked to talk on the phone to confirm the details, his name is *********************, I spoke with him myself, he loved everything we do and provide and doing the same to each customer for almost 20 years (open since ****), they paid 90%+5%+5%. Our palletizing team arrived as agreed very early Friday morning, we sent a team from 4-5 hours away drive each way because all of the local teams were booked 1-3 weeks ahead, their drive cost us a lot and we didnt charge the customer any extra, the palletizing team did an amazing job and finished very early (pictures attached).  The driver of the 1st shipping company had his truck broke and texted a video showing his broken truck, few minutes after that we got an email from the bank saying that the 90% payment was cancelled, then I emailed ******************************* to find out what is going on because again, I told her we set up 3 different truck drivers so we will have 2 more backups, she replied on Friday 9:21am CA time: I just spoke with *****, he said he stopped the payment due to the truck not being here and it costing us extra money for the movers that are here waiting.  They will reissue the check once the moving truck is here. We dont have an ETA for the truck yet but *** has been responsive..  Our company never agreed anything about the loading part of his team to load, we dont care because it is NONE OF OUR BUSINESS, if it would be our team loading then we would care, but ********************* had the audacity to cancel 90% of the payment, he didnt even give a chance for the 2nd team of truck and driver to show up, he wanted US to run after him to get paid.  1. We dont run after payments, we get paid UPFRONT.  2. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE, we have this in every quote and every contract 2-5 times and policy online, we make sure you know EVERYTHING UP FRONT.  3. We dont work and will not provide any type of services to people who will try to cheat us in any way, we dont care who you are or what you do or going to do, we prefer for people like these people NOT to contact us and not get a quote from us and not to book with us, because if you will try to cheat us in any way, YOU WILL PAY FOR IT, in some way.  We are NOT here to waste no ones time, NOT YOURS AND NOT OURS.  Our benefits and reputation speaks for it self, we are open almost 20 years, we get 1-2 complaints in 1-2 years, we make sure our customers will be happy as long as they want to be, and will not try to take advantage of a situation, we provide ONLY professional teams and companies, we have done jobs for *********** NAVY, *************** and all the huge companies and people from all over the world, we provide only guaranteed flat rate quotes, no estimates whatsoever since we opened, we are the only company in the world providing information how to avoid moving company scams for local, long distance and international moves in our website, FOR FREE.  Honestly I didnt even read any word that person wrote about us and will not waste any time about it, I dont read what cheaters say, they will always try to find the right words for them to show that they are right and hurt, as soon as I got the email from ******************************* saying about her boss cancelling the 90% payment, I stopped working on their file and moved on to the next, we will not run after people for money, Thank God he is blessing us with everything we need, once in a blue moon we get crazy people like them so we learned to move on, every person who reads this, if you are a bad person and thinking to cheat us in any way, expect problems back and we prefer that you will NOT use our services and NOT contact us, we are looking for great customers, people who would like to be happy from our services, if you have any questions please call us and ask for ******************* and I will help with all of our power as we do for almost 20 years, THANK GOD.
