I purchased a complete gate opener "kit" (Wednesday, August 10, 2022 8:32:27 AM) to include a let and right, or master slave gate actuator (opener). As described by the vendor, the master arm to have an approximate cable of 8 feet, and the left or slave/ secondary arm to have a 35' cable. When the packages arrived, I had two right, or master arms with equal 8' cables although the *** was different on the boxes. I immediately contacted the vendor (Mr ****************************** and informed him of the situation and he assured me it would be taken care of. **** we are ten days later and no resolution to date. I simply requested a replacement arm with the correct length cable, OR send me the correct length cable and I would swap on the arm myself. Nether options have taken place, and in fact now he's not answering to my emails. I plan on contacting my CC company and initiate a charge back if no resolution in the next three days.Sorry for the trouble, but I simply want what I paid for.
