What a pleasure to work with Darryl and his outstanding company swissluxury.com! Communication was first rate -- my emails to him were promptly answered and although I was looking for a watch that was difficult to find, he assured me he could get it for me. During the process, I was traveling to NYC and Darryl encouraged me to try on the watch I was looking for there before pulling the trigger on the sale. I am so glad that he recommended I do this because the watch I originally wanted, the difficult one to find, was not the one I wound up purchasing from swissluxury.com. All along, the process was smooth, hassle-free and every time I look at my left wrist, I am so please with my purchase. I look forward to working with Darryl again in the new year.Review from Jerry K

Was nervous buying from a grey-market/online Rolex dealer for the first time, but did my due diligence on these guys, talked to ****** on the phone, and ultimately bought a Rolex for my gf for Xmas. Fantastic experience with ******. Communication throughout the process of finding my Cartier watch was extremely quick. My watch arrived in perfect condition much sooner than expected. To say that this was an amazing experience is an understatement! ****** answered all of my calls and questions/emails. The Yachtmaster I received is amazing and everything he said it would be!
