      This a review of the fraudulent financial company Vader Mountain Capital! This company needs to be shut down. They are taking advantage of businesses with fraudulent Merchant Cash Advances. They also have shady brokers that offer these MCAs to unsuspecting business owners. Beware! I really think it is a criminal financial conspiracy and will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Why are they not being investigated?!! Absolute zero stars and there are too many bad reviews for everyone to be wrong. They are a fraudulent company that needs to be shut down! Please investigate them and ******* their operating license!

      To clarify, Vader Mountain Capital does not offer traditional loan products. We provide Revenue Based Financing, where we purchase a businesss future receivables in exchange for immediate working capital a model designed specifically for business owners seeking flexible funding.
      We do offer an early payoff option within the first 60 days of funding, and all terms, fees, and repayment details are clearly disclosed on the front page of the agreement prior to funding. Transparency and client support are core to how we do business, and we regret if your experience did not reflect that.

      Very disappointed with you as a company, since to approve my loan, I have to give you my bank credentials over the phone. It's very dangerous to give that information over the phone. It's very unprofessional. A very bad experience.

      I am writing to share my experience with Vader Mountain Capital regarding a loan I obtained for my business. Throughout the repayment process, I made daily payments as agreed. However, I encountered a significant health crisis that impacted my ability to work. Despite my continued efforts to meet my financial obligations, including making weekly payments, I communicated my situation to the company.I provided documentation, including hospital records and bank statements, to illustrate my hardship. Unfortunately, my circumstances were met with a lack of empathy and understanding. Instead of receiving support or acknowledgment of my situation, I faced ongoing threats regarding payment and unfounded accusations about my communication with them. I have retained all emails and text messages that reflect my attempts to reach out and maintain contact. Based on my experience, I find it difficult to recommend Vader Mountain Capital to others, as their approach appears to lack compassion and consideration for clients facing genuine hardships.       I've been scammed!! I was contacted by someone claiming to assist me on get working capital for my business. I was approved for $12,000, then after I signed the paperwork I was charged a $1,200 fee out of my account and did not receive any funding. It has been 2 weeks since then and I've been trying to reach someone for answers and no one calls me back and all phone numbers go to a voice-mail that is full. I spoke with someone claiming to be from ******* Financial but the contract was through Vader Servicing. I am very disappointed.

      My loan went into default because I was hospitalized & couldnt make payments at the time. I have since been out of work & have been harassed by this company they have called any & everybody that is related to me. My mom, my siblings, etc. Not sure how they even obtained their info.. Now I am receiving harassing emails from their collection company for an amount totaling double what I took out. This is insane & I would not recommend them to anyone. They are the worst company EVER!!

      A complete fraud. I was encouraged to take out a loan initially through Quick Capital funding. ***, the person alleged on the other line stated that it would be a loan where my business credit could be built. When I received the documents I called him to let him know that it read as a payday loan, and he said, Well, not exactly, you have 90 days to pay it back, but we are going to take it over for you after two months so your interest rate wont be so high. This is has continued to unfold badly and I refuse to continue being scammed, sending in info when requested and still nothing! This company needs to be shut down!!!

      This company is HORRIBLE!!!!!! They call being very rude, and very ignorant. They will not allow you to speak to update your information. I had received an email from some random lady that this company had sent my personal information and a picture of my driver's license to an old phone number that I had. They had called my place of employment to where I was fired from there. Then when I spoke with them to try to tell them that the lady ***** had called me a liar. Then another man had called he wouldn't even let me talk. I told them I will send proof that I had no job, living off of what I could. ***** called again today I had told her that I was lucky to have my old job back again and please do not call my job multiple times. She told me she didn't care what happens. I really think this company needs to be shut down. What can possibly be done?
