    Harrasing calls despite financial hardship transparently expressed shared thousands of nsf fees from daily charges advanced me 4900 deposited 4400 Ive paid all but $1000 and they charge a 2900 in fees and instrest $7200 if cost of the money advanced and that took 500 in fees only deposit 4400 charging me 7200 and just added $2500 threats of next steps when I have no money to give and have paid majority what I did recieve I asked for relief and offered lower payment I paid that daily payments and when had no more money nsf fees continued and I asked them stop Im in court divorcing and equitable distribution they got loud on phone over talked me and hve messages and emails calls back to back allday .

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They have not offered to openly bill remaining amount to be settle in my distribution case post divorce they have cost me over the remaining amount in nsf fees and interrupted other payments after being made aware prior that daily isnt best due to recent circumstances I asked them to not continue however yet allow me to in two monthly payments pay difference and what I have paid and what was advanced to me they have added and made calls and emails belligerent remarks unethically added fees and lender 4500 and wants 3000 in return plus 2500 because Ive paid back 3400 and they have treated me like I made no payment I also occurred fees on my account because they didnt believe it was negative already tho made me send prooof not satisfied they continued to charge I agreed to reduced and couldnt after 6 weeks ended they went to original but had daily contact knowing Id asked to end them and told them when account reached below $0 to cease .

    I took a loan from this company for *****. They only deposited $2600. They been taking $160 daily payments from my account leaving it overdrawn. Now they put a $2500 on top of the loan now I owe ****. They ripping me off. They are not helping me and they put more money on top of the loan and they are threatening me with filing ICC on me.

    I am rejecting this response because: Due to the daily withdrawal from the account. Made the account negative and they closed my account and put my account in jeopardy. Second I have been in communication with ******* and he told me he was going to help me and to send him a month to date statement which I did and never heard back from him. Im willing to work with you
