I field scammed because they charge me $500 supposedly they will remove the bad inquires from my credit report and increase my credit score to at least 800 , and now my score credit still the same and they want to charge me $300 extra because they said they already remove 25 inquires and I dont have proof of that . I feel cheated I would like my money back. They are very attentive at first but then they don't care what you ************ I am afraid that they will damage my creditBusiness response

First of all, *********************** needs to remember that at Municipal Credit Service, Corp our affiliates only pay for Inaccuracy negative information after that information has been removed or Corrected from their credit reports, In other companies she will pay monthly payments even if they do not delete anything.
*********************** started the repair process with Municipal Credit Service, Corp, on 03/07/2023
Disputes were sent to Equifax, Experian and TransUnion in 03/22/2023
She canceled the credit monitoring service in breach of our agreement, (See attached Affiliation Agreement, Credit Restoration *********. I agree to keep open my credit monitoring account from all three credit bureaus during my credit repair process. I understand it is a necessary investment)
For this reason, we were only able to update the Experian credit bureau where information was removed thanks to the dispute process of Municipal Credit Service, Corp.

*********************** was informed verbally and in writing that after the negative information on her credit was removed, she had to pay a fee of $25.00 (See attached Affiliation agreement - In exchange, I, ***********************, agree to pay the following fees as outlined in the following fee schedule: 3. For Credit Repair: $25.00 for every item updated, corrected or deleted in each credit report including but not limited to late payments, inquiries, fraud alerts, collections, repossessions, foreclosures, judgments, bankruptcies, etc (At Municipal we feel that you should only pay for the items that get deleted, by this reason there are no monthly fees and this fee is only charged after the item(s) disputed has been updated, corrected or deleted from the affiliate credit reports. The market regular price is $50.00 per Item updated, corrected or deleted plus other fees, however as a Municipal affiliate you only pay $25.00 per item updated, corrected or deleted)
We cannot return what she invested in the affiliation since she had 5 days to cancel, and she did not. In addition, we did the job of eliminating inaccurate information. (See attached agreement)
After we delete the negative information from her credit report, she does not want to pay for the work done, she is in breach of the agreement, she has an outstanding balance with Municipal Credit of: $250.00
If she is interested in continuing with the credit repair process, she should call us and pay what is owed, we are in the best disposition to give her a good discount and if she has any difficulty paying, we can make payment arrangements.
It is important that *********************** remember that she invested with Municipal Credit Service, Corp in an affiliation with lifetime coverage, which does not expire, she does not have to pay monthly or annuities and if in the future she needs our services, she only must call us, and We start working again on repairing her credit without having to invest again in the affiliation.
